Started off rocky but ended feeling relaxed. Found a Groupon for a couples massage, but we weren't able to book an appt for a month out because they can only accept a limited number of Groupons a day. There was no call or text in advance to confirm the appt so I called 4 days in advance to confirm my appt. We arrived 6 min late, and they said they will have to dock 15 min from our massage time. I don't understand the math but ok. Then, they said we have to wait for the therapist who is running late. I don't understand why we are getting docked in time when the therapist isn't even here yet, and we didn't get a call or apology in advance of our massage time that their therapist was running late. Then we ask, how late is this therapist. The receptionist says the therapist has a flat and is getting it fixed. They couldn't call someone else to come in? Are they expecting us to wait? We asked to reschedule the massage since we already booked the Groupon so we have to use it. Pretty annoyed since we wasted over one hour to get there and back after waiting a whole month for the appointment. We rebooked it for the next day same time. Came back the next day and ten minutes early this time. We were asked to leave our shoes in the front and wear the provided slippers. They took us to our room that had two beds side by side. They provided a nice soft fluffy blanket which felt so warm and comfortable. The massage itself was amazing. My therapist, Hannah, started with my back and worked through my knots and stretched my arms and legs. She used a generous amount of oil and washed it off with a hot towel. The head and face massage was probably better than the more expensive day spas. I was left feeling so relaxed. It's a no frills massage place and their prices are more than reasonable. Located upstairs and turn right. Parking on the street or in the back behind the building. Their massages are so good and totally worth it. I would come back and get another massage and try their other services. If they worked on the customer service in the front end, I would have given them 5 stars. read more

Wouldn't come back or recommend this place. Went here 2x's, back to back days. First day was fine, they did what we paid for. 2nd day, the ladies were lazy and didn't want to provide our service to us, not only did they lie so that we would separate into different rooms, they jipped us on time and service. I called the owner to let her know but obviously she didn't care about how they were less than accommodating for a service they offer and the service not provided for the money paid. Anyhow, they walked us back to the room that they had refused and lied about that was available at 4:30pm, at 5:11pm the lady sat me up and told me I was done, that our service was over. I then said, I paid for "60 mins scalp massage and mini facial" isn't it supposed to be an hour? And you didn't massage my scalp, neck or shoulders I was just here yesterday and you serviced us, I know what this service entails. The lady then rudely was like "no, done I did 60 mins". Can't lie to me, I had my phone in my hand. I clearly showed her it was 5:11pm. She then said oh you come in 4:15pm. Complete lie. Seriously, don't sell a service and then cheat someone out of it. We paid $100 cash for 2 people the first day with $30 tip. The second day, $100 cash, no tip deserved. I showed up on time and the store was completely closed. I called and it rang for a bit then I left a voicemail. I waited another 10 minutes called again and this time it went straight to voicemail. Long story short he had booked another place prior as a Mother's Day present however messed up on the date (leave it to the men ) we called here and they were sooooo accommodating! Got us in right away! It was AMAZING!!!! The girls were so friendly and wonderful at what they did. The massages were just the right pressure and very relaxing and I don't think my scalp has been this clean ever! This has been the worst Groupon purchase ever! Beware it goes by Nirvana head Spa on Groupon and has a different name at the door, big red flag already. I bought a scalp treatment from Groupon. The place is at a super ghetto strip mall, the actual scalp treatment is more like a hair wash with 5 minutes of massage. The room was extremely cold and the water was cold the whole time. I had a really relaxing experience at Nirvana after a busy week. I signed up for the facial with hair wash appointment. The spa is located on the second floor in a building so it's a little hard to find but once I was inside, I was greeted and felt welcomed in. There's a big parking lot in the back and there's street parking in the front of the building. The facial felt very nice and the hair wash session was so relaxing with the correct amount of pressure. When I first called I told them I had purchased a Groupon and I could tell the lady on the phone was annoyed by that but she said I could come in after 5 as they closed at 7 . Worst experience ever! I purchased a hydrafacial the lady on the phone requested I get a massage so I agreed. When I got there my room Smelled like mildew and the room was freezing. My massage was supposed to be for an hour which was only 30 mins, oh and for my hydrafacial I never got one the lady put towels on my face and a streamer on the left side of my face and that was it! She ever even used the Machine. I went to the front desk to ask why she didn't do the hydrafacial she told me the lady didn't know how to use the machine and next time to come to her and she will do it for me. Like wft I paid for a hydra not a hot towel on my face. It was a complete waste of my time and money and it was my birthday! I had to drive somewhere else and spend more money to get my facial. I purchased a couples massage Groupon that states it never expires (only the promotional price) which states does not expire until May. I would give 0 stars if I could. All the lady did was aggressively scratch her nails into my scalp to the point that it became irritated. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and let her continue with the "massage" because I was expecting the neck massage that was included in the package that I requested. She scratched my head for about 20 mins then told me that we were all done. There was no neck massage. She didn't even provide me a towel to prevent my wet hair from dripping onto my back. My hair was left in knots and to make things worse the products that they used turned my hair orange and left it feeling oily and dirty. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. read more
