I called to let them know that they did not repair all the damage they did to my yard. After 3 calls & no response I called a 4th time. Unfortunately I was connected with Hilary. She is the rudest and nastiest person I have ever spoke to in my 43 years of life . My first thought was, why would a company allow someone like this to work there . Then I was informed that her husband is the owner so she can't be punished. Lol On the flipside: Teddy came out within 10 minutes of me calling the head office in Wabash, Indiana.
