I have used Kinetico twin tank softener and R.O. drinking system for over 10 years now. Kinetico makes the best R.O drinking water out there! This review is not for Rabb Water in general. It is for my experience with one of their water filtration specialist, Marcus. He was the first Rabb Water employee to come to our home 10 years ago, and I have come to rely on his expertise since then. I have been told that Marcus has been working in the water filtration industry for over 20 years. Marcus is sincere, professional and one of the most knowledgeable people in water filtration that I have ever met. I have called him 3 times in the last 6 weeks just to ask questions. He got nothing in return for taking my calls. But, he still politely took his time to talk with me and answer my questions about one of our specialty water filters, R.O. system and softener. Marcus is one of kind. I think of him as a trusted friend in business, as well as a skilled professional. read more

Although I liked the system, I am very unhappy with the company. The salesman either lied to me or didn't do his job. I was planning to build a new house on the same property and wanted a better water softener, so I had a consultation. The salesman told me I could get the system with my old house and then they could come move it to the new house for free when that time came. I went ahead and bought it knowing I wouldn't have to pay for installation twice. Now that time is here and they are wanting to charge me $400 to come move it from one house to another on the SAME property or void my warranty even if I have my licensed plumbers move it. They didn't even offer a discount. That's bullshit. They are just trying to squeeze every last penny out of customers and being deceitful while doing so. read more

We have had Rabb softeners and equipment for YEARS and have always received fantastic service. Jack Faker has been wonderful to explain in detail and help us through times when we were dealing with rusty water due to someone other than Rabb having messed up an outside line. Also had a pump go out. Thank you Rabb for all your help, especially Mr. Faker. I do miss the very kind man who loaded my car with salt for home, 5 gallon bottles of water for aquarium tanks and drinking water for work. It's too bad the in-store employee was found lying on the floor one day. He was so kind. read more

**Buyer beware** Was sold a water system under false pretenses by the sales rep Jake Faker. He knew I wanted to lower my current water system payment with a fully working system which with Raab's system our monthly bill doubled with supplies needed to "maintain" their system. After several complaints of it working improperly I was told we were to blame for their system working subpar. We requested to have it removed and our requests were bypassed by a general manager, Rusty. He claimed they had the best system and we must've been doing something wrong almost as if I was imagining what I was concerned with (ie making my child take a bath in GRAY WATER w/ a terrible odor.) Now we have several appliances in our home failing from corrosion bc their system has never worked. This company will promise a lot to get you to sign on the dotted line then lack customer service and listen to what any company should go by: the customer is always right. My advice ask how much the water filters are, how much your electricity bill will increase, how many trips to their store to pick up product costs, how much the bill for service calls & parts that break costs, also how much your time is worth sitting on the phone for 20 minutes at a time trying to explain your concerns that are dismissed. read more

I had a very bad experience with this company and would recommend anyone and everyone to look elsewhere for soft water. My system was installed in 2018 and did not work correctly, we would get hit with 5 to 10 minutes of straight salt water every time the softener regenerated. We had their service techs come out multiple times through the years but they were unable to fix the issue and refused to replace the system (it was a rental). As this problem kept getting worse, I finally paid a different company to replace the Rabb system and install a new one, so I stopped paying the rental fee and told them to come pick up their softener. A few months later, they called about non payment, so I explained that I was no longer using the system and finally came out to get it. Fast forward more than a year and I get a bill from a collection agency saying that I owe Rabb money. I called to try and get this clarified and was told that I had to pay for the months that the softener sat in my garage, since they didn't come get it. Just a terrible terrible experience and would encourage you to look elsewhere. read more

We recently had a new system install after ours had broke down, we found out later it was about 19 years old and was put in with Rabb then, we were told what it would cost to repair, but we also new that something else could go out, so we talked with the tech Tim Hochstetler and he was very informative about the cost of repairs verses buying a new system, we decided on installing a new unit, all of the Rabb people were very helpful and Tim answered a lot of our questions as did George and Matt, they didn't waste anytime getting back out and getting us up and running, we are so pleased and Tim did an Awesome job and answered any questions the we had. he left the area even cleaner than he had found it, so thank you all again and a 5 stars for Tim Hochstetler. We recently called to schedule service for our aging water softener. On the scheduled day a technician and his manager arrived (on time, no less.) I admit, I was fully expecting them to tell me it was too old to fix and that we would need to purchase a new one. Instead, the technician fixed everything and was done in under 40 minutes. Meanwhile, his manager tested our tap water and reported that the old water softener was still performing adequately. They were both very polite and professional. We were thrilled and would happily recommend Rabb to anyone. read more

We recently had our system crash on us. Unknowingly, the house we purchased had one of the cheapest systems installed in it. While it was cheap, it would be ridiculously expensive to fix. Without pressure, it was obvious to us that a new system was the way to go. There were several options financially and everyone we spoke with from Rabb was friendly and helpful. Installation was quick. We did have some issues with the system shortly after, but Rabb was quick to get a technician back out to us. The system is great and we now have reverse osmosis! It's so nice to have in our home now! Very pleased with our experience and highly recommend them! read more
