It took 9. When it arrived, it had a hole in the back. Because the size did not work and the product was damaged, we asked for a refund. We were told no refunds on mattresses, only store credit, even though it had not been used and arrived in that condition. At that point, we were already about $800 in, so we moved forward with a twin XL, plus a frame and what we understood to include a box spring. Again, quoted 7 days. We had to call on day 9 to remind them to deliver it. The second delivery showed up without a box spring, and the "frame" was a cheap, lightweight metal setup that did not match the price point. The replacement mattress also was visibly soiled. At this point, this is no longer a one-off issue. It is a pattern of delays, product condition concerns, over priced and unclear order details. On April 3, 2026, around 9 a.m., I returned to the store to clarify why the box spring was missing. The employee at the front was professional and trying to help. Then Michael came out, and the situation escalated immediately. He stated the original mattress was "in the dumpster" (after we were told they couldn't take it back and we could keep it if we wanted it) and said we never ordered a box spring. When I asked to confirm what we paid for, he became verbally aggressive, told me to "get out of my store," and escalated to "I'll kick your ass," "I'll throw you out of my f'ing store," and said he would call the "f'ing police" to have me trespassed. This was said in front of the other employee and two young boys that were there. I said "really nice language to use in front of children and towards a customer'" Police were called. I spoke with the officer, was issued a trespass notice, and left. Michael said as the police arrived "I sell them furniture, this isn't going to go well for you" (or words to that effect.) Bottom line: repeated delivery delays, damaged or questionable product condition, overpriced missing items, and an interaction that escalated to threats over a basic order clarification. That is not a one-time mistake. That is how this situation was handled from start to finish. Make your own decision, but I would strongly recommend avoiding this place but if you go, verify exactly what you are paying for, confirming delivery expectations in writing, and understanding their policies before doing business here

Some suggestions for improvement: Offer cleaning and repair services in the home. I'm not talking full refurbish like Furniture Recovery in Fort Wayne, but small repairs or tears. Create a voicemail for your phone line. I called your store, the phone rang a few times, and then I received a fax sound. When I called your parent store, they insisted I had the right number and explained the sound was because you don't have a voicemail. This fax sound gives people the impression they have the wrong number. New customers may become frustrated and not call back!

Kathy came right over, said she would get me the big quantity I needed. After a few minutes, she and another employee rolled the heavy cart up to the register for me. The gentleman that helped Kathy also helped me get the load to my truck and helped put them in the bed. Overall, great customer service and a great price on the fertilizer.

I think of it as more of a farm supply store, but it is also considered a department store. They carry sporting goods, items for dogs and cats, hardware, lawn chairs, large trash cans, toys for children, seasonal decor, etc. I remember seeing a lot of jerky and rare candy as well as funny and unique refrigerator magnets and greeting cards. From the things I browsed, I think most items were reasonably priced. Their patio furniture and dollies in particular were priced as low or better than elsewhere I've looked. I was in searching for supplies to put a barrier underneath my privacy fencing, and while they had a lot of options including mesh you'd dig a trench for, I didn't end up getting anything to tackle that project because I'm not sure of what solution, if any, to use for my dilemma... I did, however, grab a large stainless steel water bowl for my dogs which my cats also like to use. It was somewhat reasonable at around. I can't say the quality is the absolute best as it has an indentation that revealed itself at some point which looks like a small hole at the bottom but doesn't appear to pierce all the way through. It becomes slightly rusty on the underside, so I believe it may have a tiny slow leak. I'm not sure. The size of the bowl is perfect though. I have found it difficult to find the size I need online or inside other stores. I liked this store much better than what is available in Peru but prefer a similar store in Rochester. Not crowded. A little difficult to locate what I needed but found help for that eventually a couple times. The checker was pleasant. Plenty of shopping carts. Clean. I don't know that I'd go out of my way to make a special trip back anytime soon, but it's a good small town shopping option to me. I would keep it in mind for the future.

I will probably never shop here again because of this. They had some nice items, highly overpriced but some items that were fairly priced for the market.
