I was rescheduled several times for fittings due to their schedule, and finally received my dress 6 days before the wedding. The alterations (which I was charged $300 for) were a nightmare and the dress was unwearable. The manager/owner was very rude, refused to listen to me, and only willing to refund the alteration charge. If you purchase a dress from this shop, DO NOT USE THEIR ALTERATIONS! I am not the only one who has had this experience at this shop.

When I bought two pair of "Wrangler Mens George Strait Cowboy Cut", I expected jeans, not two pair of khaki slacks. I returned them. When I sat down to write a check to the credit card company, I noticed that Denim Express returned my money, but nicked me $10.00 for the return. I called Denim Express and was told that as the "slacks" they sent were in perfect condition, and if I did not like them, that was my problem! They also said that their description was the manufacturers description, not theirs. I just didn't think that George Strait wore some sissy polyester khaki pants!

I called in to see if any of it had sold, and if I had any credit on my account, and I was notified that I only had like a dollar some credit. The lady told me that if it was an older fashion, or had rips and stains, they donated it. I wish I would've known that they were going to throw my clothes away. I could've sold them and made money. I don't trust them. I gave them nice stuff, and it feels like they are pocketing all of my money.

Kathy came right over, said she would get me the big quantity I needed. After a few minutes, she and another employee rolled the heavy cart up to the register for me. The gentleman that helped Kathy also helped me get the load to my truck and helped put them in the bed. Overall, great customer service and a great price on the fertilizer.

Runnings in Wabash is a pretty large sized store with amply good customer service and an array of…read moredepartments. I think of it as more of a farm supply store, but it is also considered a department store. They carry sporting goods, items for dogs and cats, hardware, lawn chairs, large trash cans, toys for children, seasonal decor, etc. I remember seeing a lot of jerky and rare candy as well as funny and unique refrigerator magnets and greeting cards. From the things I browsed, I think most items were reasonably priced. Their patio furniture and dollies in particular were priced as low or better than elsewhere I've looked. I was in searching for supplies to put a barrier underneath my privacy fencing, and while they had a lot of options including mesh you'd dig a trench for, I didn't end up getting anything to tackle that project because I'm not sure of what solution, if any, to use for my dilemma... I did, however, grab a large stainless steel water bowl for my dogs which my cats also like to use. It was somewhat reasonable at around. I can't say the quality is the absolute best as it has an indentation that revealed itself at some point which looks like a small hole at the bottom but doesn't appear to pierce all the way through. It becomes slightly rusty on the underside, so I believe it may have a tiny slow leak. I'm not sure. The size of the bowl is perfect though. I have found it difficult to find the size I need online or inside other stores. I liked this store much better than what is available in Peru but prefer a similar store in Rochester. Not crowded. A little difficult to locate what I needed but found help for that eventually a couple times. The checker was pleasant. Plenty of shopping carts. Clean. I don't know that I'd go out of my way to make a special trip back anytime soon, but it's a good small town shopping option to me. I would keep it in mind for the future.
