I have gotten no help from them, only rudeness. my husband could not find the email with the order number and they chose to be difficult and not provide me with my order number. They also don't pay for returns so you have to pay to ship it back yourself and they only offer store credit. The whole experience has been less than great and I will make sure people know about my experience as I own a boutique and would never treat a customer this way.

I was shopping and proceeded to buy a few things, and was told by the two cashiers that my gift card was expired, the card did say good for one year, but it had no date on it. The cashiers were flippant when I said, I would not make my purchase and told me to have a great day. I sent two messages to the store with no response to confirm this policy because I did not know the date of my gift card as it was a returned merchandise card, no one answered my messages, with that I made several phone calls, always told to ask for someone different, finally I left my phone number, and the owner called me back to tell me that their policy is posted, the date is written on the gift card to remind you to redeem it, there is no date written on my gift card so Flirt manage to keep my $138.12. The owner did tell me she hoped it didn't leave me with a bad impression of their boutique and that again I should have a great day.

So a couple months ago, I took in two large white trash bags, full of nice winter clothing, from…read morethe recent past. I was careful to check to make sure they didn't have rips and tears or stains. I called in to see if any of it had sold, and if I had any credit on my account, and I was notified that I only had like a dollar some credit. The lady told me that if it was an older fashion, or had rips and stains, they donated it. I wish I would've known that they were going to throw my clothes away. I could've sold them and made money. I don't trust them. I gave them nice stuff, and it feels like they are pocketing all of my money.
