He was extremely friendly. He did a very good job and quickly repaired the area along with a heartfelt apology. The Wabash office was very friendly. That's the only communication they offered me. No emails, no texts-just one lousy automated phone call-oh and the tag on my door (which I wasn't home to see). I have a 15 month old child and literally couldn't live in my home because it took them three days to turn the power back on. The customer service representatives were smug and the policies they have in place are inhumane. If you are thinking of moving to Indiana-do not do it. NIPSCO is horrible.
