Hi there. Just wanted to give a shout out to Marissa…read more I had friends waiting outside yesterday, helping me carry gifts and leftover decor, etc. from the birthday party we had for my 5yr old son... So, my husband took care of the bill and all, but I didn't get to give a review and I just wanted to say, "Thank you" to Marissa and the whole team at Bounce It Up. She did a great job hosting and we were so very pleased with the whole event and the way things went. When we arrived, we carried our stuff back to the big party room on the right side and then I took my kids to use the restroom... When I got out, Marissa and my husband were already setting everything up and I loved how she knew what she was doing and took initiative to get the job done. I was nervous about having only 15 minutes to set up before our guests arrived (I asked them to come at 10:45am to avoid waiver signing delays, etc.), but the whole room was set up and looked fantastic for the party! I also wanted to mention that every time I called with questions prior to the party, (which was about 4-5x's), everyone I spoke with was so helpful and they always encouraged me to call back with any questions I had. I just felt like this party could not have gone any better, really... and I'm so grateful to all the staff at Bounce It Up for truly helping us to make my son's birthday so special for him. We will definitely recommend you to others!! Ps: We didn't order from your middle eastern vendor this time, so I'm sad not to have tried out their food... but the pizza, subs and salad from the other vendors were great! All the guests were asking where the food came from. So, thank you, again!! Blessings, CD

No staff watches the kid areas to make sure no one's being to rough. After a certain time it looks like older kids come and the get a little rough not worrying the little kids are in the area so probably will never return. But the kids definitely had a good time.

When you first walk in it's a bit confusing on what your first step should be. Signing a waiver is…read morewhat has to be done before you can pay or redeem a pass. The front desk staff seem to need a bit more training in customer service and explaining the process or any questions that may come up. The socks that must be worn inside are $3 and are reusable. You are also given a color coded wrist band. The color is dependent upon your jump time. There are shoe cubbies that are all open. I didn't see any lockers. So if you have any items of value, don't bring them in. The jumping area is pretty big . There is a certain area reserved just for children 6 and under which I appreciated. The staff that walks the jump area is pretty friendly . They are definitely watching the kids and making sure the paths are clear. The kids and adults inside were quite a different mixture of backgrounds and ages and everyone seemed to get along well. The vibe was pretty upbeat and I think everyone just pretty much wanted to have a good time. Contemporary and older music plays while the kids jump. Very family friendly . I will be back.

This place lets you be a kid again - I was so anxiously (and deliriously) happy! I can't quite put it into words. I tried doing a few jumps and cartwheels off the ramps. Though I was a little sore the next day, this was an awesome workout while having a blast with the kiddos!

I waited a couple weeks to post this review because I didn't want to leave an unfair review in my…read moreanger about my experience. We Paid to play putt put. We were getting our putters and balls when the music caught my attention. It was the most disgusting music with the foulest language talking as you can guess about having s*x. So here I am with my wife and two children trying to play putt put but instead receiving a lesson on anatomy and foul language. I know things happen but this should not ever happen in a venue designed for children. Of course I requested the music be changed or I would like a refund. There was no apology or let us make it right just an excuse of we use a playlist. Likely will not return to this venue. Would rather drive further for a better experience.

The first thing you'll notice is that they updated the exterior of the building and it's pretty tastefully done. But then you go inside and you wonder if the interior designer was a kindergartner. It looks terrible and cheap. I was there on a Groupon for go karts. Walking out to the track there were multiple items that you can tell were purchased/there for another revenue stream. Bounce house and trampoline trailer. It felt like a throw money at a few things but not execute anything well and hope to make money kind of operation. Once I made it to the go karts, it struck me that there were no go karts running on the track but there was a line of around 20 or so people. The grass hadn't been mowed anywhere and weeds were growing through and over the concrete everywhere. So the line was there and so was I. For an hour. I stood in line for almost an hour while the track was empty. Once the line started moving, an hour in, there was a group of kids in line that weren't the height and probably not the age of the sign presumably left by the previous owners of the business as a rule to go on the ride. The operator let them ride ahead of me. Thankfully. The kids were hitting each other, the sides, out of their seat belts, and other shenanigans. Of course they did. They were kids allowed to ride go karts alone. It's on the operator to enforce. Not the kids to do right. The kicker for me was the guy on the side welding something in the wide open with no cover or shade from customers looking at him work (very bad). I can't see going here ever again. Even with the Groupon I felt robbed. Terrible experience really. I saw one kid employee trying his best and realizing the situation for what it was in frustration. I felt for him. As bad as it was for customers I can only imagine how exponentially worse it was to be a non-family member employee. 0/10 would not recommend
