Gia, Brooke and Clara were AMAZING not only because of their service and their knowledge but because of their understanding and support. All three of them were caring and professional. I was able to make an appointment with Clara. She was exceptional! I got my crazy, grown out buzz cut into a super cute pixie. It's hard to find someone in miami who can and wants to do that! She was also super supportive of my choice to go dye free and made me feel really comfortable. Melissa also did a great job with the detox scalp scrub. They charge too much for mediocre cuts. Go to Supercuts. Less trouble...better technique and cheaper. The stylist had no idea what she was doing. It should be much shorter.on one side than the the other. The "supervisors" were her father who is an arborist and the nanny. Neither cuts hair. That's what the STYLIST is for. I am leaving a late review b/c I am searching for a new salon.m and would have liked to have this info. I bought a Groupon for $35-$45 for a blow out in December of 2019. It was a young man that did my hair. I have very curly hispanic hair. He begins by brushing out my DRY hair. In my 36 yrs I have always been taught to not brush my dry hair as it can break. I was horrified but I did not question, I wish I had spoken up. The actual blow dry was horrible, the roots were hardly done and the reason I go to pros is b/c I can't get the root like they do. I payed for something was capable of doing. At the end, I'm told that I owe $7 more AFTER I gave him a $10 cash tip. I have purchased many Groupons in the past and was never told I owe anything extra. I pay cash. I then ask if he could use the flat iron for the little curls I had by the ears, for and EXTRA $20 he could turn on the iron and complete the straightening that I originally came in for. Total rip off. Told people I know but was told to post this review so know one has their dry curly hair brushed and broken. read more

I made an appointment for 6pm and was called at 5pm asking if it was possible to push back the appointment to 7pm. I said I would just reschedule for another time and then the person asked me if 6:30pm would work and I insisted that I would prefer to reschedule at a later time. It sounded like then I would have been made to wait and I preferred not to waste my time waiting. Then at 8:30pm I notice that I have a voicemail from the studio. It's the hair stylist calling to say that he was waiting for me and to let him know if I wasn't coming in while also reminding me of the cancellation policy (meaning charging me for not showing up). First of all how is he just calling at 8:30pm? Probably because he had just finished with the previous client. So was I supposed to wait 2.5 hours after my scheduled appointment in order to not be charged a no-show fee? This is beyond ridiculous. read more
