Major retailers are King Soopers, Ace Hardware, Target, Great Clips, Cricket Wireless, Bellco Credit Union, Orangetheory Fitness, Lakefront Eyecare, crumbl Cookies, Nails Pro Spa, Happy Lemon (bubble tea), GNC, Sally Beauty Supply, McDonald's, and Chase Bank. There seems to be a lot of confusion between this open-air retail area--Edgewater Marketplace--and the Edgewater Public Market which is an enclosed festival market several blocks north at West 22nd Avenue and Depew Street. I often stop here on my way to or from Lakewood because there's a very convenient King Soopers gas station. The Soopers store itself is spacious and well-stocked. There's also a nice Ace Hardware. That's about the extent of my interest.

Very convenient and there are a number of other restaurants and shops in the surrounding area.

Their stores tend to be common chain stores that you find in most malls, such as Supercuts, nail stores, Starbucks, Subway, Planet Fitness, and Chick-Fil-A. Their anchor stores are Home Depot and Costco (and formerly Sears and Toys-R-Us). It includes several strip malls of little stores, and the rest are medium size stores and restaurants. Other notable stores here are Famous Dave's BBQ, Dick's Sporting Goods, Chili's, and Ponsawan Thai Cuisine. There's a complete store directory at their web site.

There are probably about 20 businesses altogether. There's no directory, unfortunately, either on-site or on-line; most of the businesses have addresses of 2770 Arapahoe Road or 2770 Dagny Way. The center is also next to the YMCA at 2800 Dagny Way. Forest Part Village is another small shopping center just across 95th Street that also has a good selection of stores, restaurants, and services.

They also had flying pigs made from I'm assuming scrap metal, that were pretty adorable. And a live band, well two people playing instruments, does that constitute a band? :)

The name Sweet William Market doesn't seem like the best descriptor for this monthly gathering…read more(last Saturday of every month thru summer). Perhaps is best described as an arts and crafts fair that is very tastefully curated. Many of the booths stock furniture that is repurposed or upcycled into something that belongs on etsy or at the very least, a somewhat hip pinterest board. Personally, I'm a big fan of the garden art and I am looking forward to getting some friends for my flying pig that welded from colorful pieces of scrap metal. There are also booths with flat art and clothes, particularly kids clothes straight out of a hippie festival. You can also grab a bite from a food truck or even some cupcakes. It is definitely a wonderful addition to the lineup of events in Stapleton.

This South Boulder shopping center has undergone a major renovation in the last year. It was quite…read morethe place to shop out of the downtown Boulder area back in the 1980's but in the last two decades it had lost many of its traditional tenants. As the vacancies were remedied by upstart south Boulder branches of several popular eateries and a major grocery along with the relocation of a few other businesses, it began to fill up. And then the Center itself began a major remodel a year ago. Redesigned parking, landscaping, sidewalks, entrances etc and it is now mostly done. I find myself using this shopping center much more again. Under the Sun, Pharmaca, Sweet Cow, Shuttles, Spindles and Skeins, the venerable Weaver's Dive and Travel and Neptune Mountaineering. And the brand new branch of Moe's Bagels and at this time of year, a convenient H & R Block. I see lots of patrons at Southern Sun, Walnut Cafe Southside, Murphys South, Snarfs, Play it Again Sports and of course, the big new Luckys. I am glad to see this renovation. I used this center a lot back in the 80's when there was a family owned bookstore, a children's clothing store, a mini department store (Eakers), a Hallmark Card shop, a Baskin Robbins, etc. It looks so good again. I will certainly be shopping here as there are now so many nice options.
