Completely unacceptable. I ordered a four hundred dollar hat that arrived completely misshapen and unwearable. When I called to remedy the situation, the gentleman didn't seem to believe me. He made me pay fifty dollars to ship back a defective product. Several days after it arrived, I called for a status update, and he told me that he couldn't see anything wrong, and that it was okay for a misshapen brim because the hat was handmade. Handmade American should be a mark of high quality, not an excuse for poor craftsmanship! Utterly disgraceful! Nevertheless he assured me that he would send me a proper product. I bought 2 of Gildan long sleeves white shirts at half of retail price. One medium and one large. They both fit fine. I also bought Gildan white t shirts compared to the store brand Laviva t shirt. I wouldn't buy that brand again because it's a dollar more and not much difference. I would go back to get some more once I find a good printer to produce the shirts for my next group.
