I think the issue is too many sauces made the meal too rich and conflicting flavours so next time I would omit the sauces at the end. I appreciated the spice level, I got spicy and it was very spicy! My wife got mild and she enjoyed the kick. Portion size was huge so you get good value for your money. We were able to take some home, but the next day it was not good...so skip the doggy bag and eat until you are full!
