We had two pieces of each appetizer to try and I must say I LOVED the jalapeno poppers. They paired very well with the Factory sauce. I was pretty stuffed but I finished off my meal with a chocolate vanilla twist cone topped with caramel drizzle. Perfection. I had an absolute stellar experience at Burger Factory Whitby. I will 100% be returning to this location. Need to try the funnel cake next

We ordered (delivery): # Bad Boy Burger # Onion Rings # Poutine The burger was very good!! Large bun with a large thick beef patty. Hint of charcoal. Sauteed onions and peppers are abundant, fresh veggies are also plenty. Not soggy, not dry, hitting the best juicy point. Onion rings are ok. Poutine's cheese was not real cheese curds, no squeakiness . But the brown gravy tasted good enough to comforted me. Fries are a bit over cooked but no "frozen" taste, thank god. We will re-order for their burger for sure. Nice find!

The most memorable thing was all of the hockey memorabilia that covered every inch of the walls. The food itself was a little underwhelming. Positives: - Great prices. - The fries were crispy. - The burger itself was decent. - The order was made quickly. Negatives: - Service wasn't the best (a little grumpy & pushy to order). For example, I wanted to order a cheeseburger with a side of fries (no combo since I didn't need a drink). The cook/cashier said the side of fries would be too big of a portion for me and egged me on to get a combo. I don't see what the difference is - shouldn't a solo side of fries be the same portion as the combo's side of fries anyways? I just didn't want a damn drink. - The burger was small, which may explain the low prices.
