Samosa's edges were completely soaked in overly sweet sauce, and there was not rispy fresh veggies and Sev (small pieces of deep fried Indian noodles). As a result, the texture was mono-tone, and too sweet to my liking. There was no hint of sourness (like from yogurt or citrus). There are different variations in Samosa Chaat, and people's preferences are diverse. Just that this place's Samosa Chaat was not impressing to me. # Butter chicken: It was spicy, there were a lot of tender chicken breast pieces with a nice hint of charcoal - which is great! But the sauce was too sweet to me, and it kind of interfered with my enjoyment of the spices/heat. # Naan: I felt they were dry and flat, and lacked flavor. # Samosa: I liked the potato and dough balance, and the texture of the dough.
