It had this umami taste and it was one of the best tempura sauces that I have ever tasted. We love Kama and order it at every Japanese restaurant that we go to. It had a good flavor, I wish it had more of char to it but the collar was a good size and came with a piece of fish. The accompany sauce was good but I felt like we went back to the tempura sauce all the time. The Gyoza was well prepared. Overall... the food is about 2.5-3 stars, I feel like the chef lacked passion for the food. Or perhaps... that's what Italians want for Chinese cuisine.
