I am listing my house in 5 days and they come this morning (2 teenage girls with no experience) and look at the windows, call their boss and announce they won't do the double-hung combination windows, just the casements. The second floor and half the first floor are double hung. They really left me in the lurch.

High pressure water would harm the wood and maybe the only alternative was to have a crew hand wash the house UNTIL I discovered the Softwash. No more powerful than the pressure from your lawn sprinklers but mixed with a bio degrade able solution and the black scum washed away and my house is so clean you would think it was recently painted. Took about 7 hours, they covered all the shrubs. I am so happy.

It seemed very overwhelming the amount of damage that was left in its wake, but Schaun walked us through every step of the way. From dealing with the insurance company to mitigation and finally rebuilding the ceiling, floors, walls and everything else that needed to be replaced, Schaun and his team were on top of it every step of the way. The whole damage (which trust me was a lot) took eight or nine weeks total to rehab and most of that time was spent waiting for the insurance company to approve the claim. Even before the claim went through, Allied was at our house with air scrubbers, giant fans, and dehumidifiers to prevent any mold buildup that may have taken place since the leak. They were also on top of the insurance company to get our claim approved, and once it finally was, his crew was here the next day to get started on the work and continued to be here each day until the job was done. Schaun was very professional and courteous and his crew did a great job getting our house back in order. I would recommend them to others and use Allied Property Services again if anything like this ever happened again.

They did a great job improving the overall look without the need for a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. They were easy to work with, transparent about what could realistically be achieved with repairs, and honest about the trade-offs between repairing and replacing. I really appreciated that they didn't try to upsell unnecessary work. Overall, I'm very happy with the results and would absolutely use them again.

I have used Hennes cleaning services twice and Ken has done an AMAZING job each time! First…read moreexperience was when I bought a new house and kept smelling urine when the weather warmed up last summer. The products and carpet cleaner I bought and used just did not work. So I contacted Ken. Ken came out took care of the situation and explained that the smell may not go completely away as it is highly likely it penetrated the wood floor beneath the carpet from the previous owners. However, after he cleaned it the smell was no longer! I just wished I could have found him prior to spending hundreds of dollars on a carpet cleaner and products. Second experience with Ken was when my dog had a stomach issue that no matter how hard I scrubbed and what I used I could not get the stains out initially. Ken was available 2 days later and within 45 mins my carpet looked brand new!! I would highly recommend Ken as he is honest, professional, and pricing is fantastic. I have had experiences with big name carpet cleaning companies that charge twice as much and none have done as great a job as Ken! Thank you Ken!
