I took a few pairs of pants and a jacket that needed a new zipper - turn around for pants are 1 month and the jacket ? 2 months. Why? Because "prom". So, dont take your items around prom season unless you have months to wait. She also said I would need to provide a zipper for the jacket, but then changed her mind and told me she had a zipper (pulled from a big bag of zippers) that I could purchase instead.
