The staff working greeted us as soon as we walked in, took our order immediately, and we sat ourselves in a booth. The food took about 20 minutes to come out, but was fairly priced for the quantity and quality of product you receive. I had the trio of meats on slider buns and thought the brisket was hands down the best. It was juicy, hot, and peppery. I wasn't a huge fan of the BBQ sauce used on the pulled pork. It was a sweeter sauce, which just isn't my preference. Everything was cooked perfectly, though! Bathrooms were clean and modern. They also have a huge room that can be rented as an event space. The trailer itself is colorfully decorated on the sides with pictures of a hog in a tuxedo, and there were a couple of tables for seating outside. After looking over the menu, I ultimately decided on the brisket sandwich, which came with two sides. I chose the potato salad and mac and cheese. My food was ready maybe 2-3 minutes later. I started off with the brisket sandwich, and the brisket itself had a nice flavor and was tender, although it was a bit dry. I personally think it would have been better with actual BBQ sauce rather than the BBQ ranch sauce that it came with, and I also could have used more of it. The bun it was on was a hot dog bun, and it definitely would have been better if it had been toasted. My father, who ordered the sausage link, thought the same thing. As for my sides, the mac and cheese was also on the drier side and lacking in cheese flavor, while the potato salad was flavorful and I did like it. The bottom line for me is that I probably wouldn't stop here again in the future. While nothing here was bad per se, I also didn't think anything was particularly good or worth the money that it cost.
