This review and the 5 stars are "solely" for JORDAN in the shoe department. Amazing customer service. He helped everyone who came his way. And the beat part is he did it with a smile (even behind the mask). None of the other staff were particularly helpful but no one was rude either. I agree with other yelpers...no big deals to be had here but shoe selection was great. Thank you Jordan for helping my 2 girls and I with running shoes, shoes for Dad, and just because shoes. Despite that this store has the name "factory" in it and is located in a outlet mall dont expect to find any bargains here, its just as expensive as its retail counterparts. Even while asking an employee if they have any sales, he flat out said that they dont do sales at this location. Prices for shoes run from $50 to $150+ and you might find an old odd pair of shoes on the far back wall for around $40 if you spend hours digging through all the leftovers from years past but thats about it. read more

The staff is pretty helpful, but really they keep it clean enough that you can just figure everything out on your own! Pretty decent sales at this store. The shoe sales are the best. Although a lot of sale shoes have very slick soles which I wont ever wear. Good versatile in selection for work out gear for men and women. Lots of attractive things for women of all ages. It seems the men's clothes are usually pretty slim but this is a mountain town. read more

The store is always clean, well organized and well staffed. They don't always have a huge variety of things, like shoes, in all sizes but chance are you can find something you need, and don't need, all in one stop! We tend to mostly stop here for shoes for our 6 year old son; he's super rough on shoes and Nikes tend to hold up pretty well. And he has pretty narrow feet and Nike also seems like a good fit for him as well. Pricing makes you feel like you're getting a deal so that's always nice too. Location is not lot facing, but just know to park by 7-11 and it's across the bridge, or you can park behind the building too. read more

I have always liked going to the Nike outlet in Castle Rock. Today, we were in the mountains, and went to the Nike outlet in Silverthorne. My daughter had 6 items to try on, and I went to the fitting room with her. She chose 4 items and we took the hangers and the other 2 items to the fitting room attendant. (The maximum number of items that allow into a fitting room is 6.) She looked at my daughter and accused her of having on a new pair of Nike leggings. Her words, as she pointed to the leggings, were "what about those?" She said, these are mine. I stepped up and said, "not only are those hers, they aren't even Nike." She acted as if we were trying to steal a pair of leggings. I immediately went to a manager to express our feelings. He didn't act like he believed me. He asked me to repeat exactly what she said to us. WOW! I am still upset. My daughter said I should not let it ruin my day, so I didn't. I let it go... but at least wanted to share our experience. We had a great time at all of the other stores and it was a great day! read more

Why shop at Nike when you can shop at Nike Outlet? They carry the exact same stuff at a better price. Their shoe selection is amazing, the entire back half of the store is all shoes. Half the store is shoes and the other half is clothing. The price on their men clothing is a lot better than the women clothing. The same exact pants for men and women were a significant price difference. For men it was $29.99 and Women it was $59.99. Nike Miller is one of the styles they carry in this outlet and they are the best quality running shirts you can find. In addition, they had sunglasses my husband fell in love with. They have holes on the frames to allow air to flow through and no fogging when you run. When I run with my Oakley sunglasses, the paint scratched quickly and they would fog up a lot which made the Nike ones a lot more appealing especially when the Nike ones were 50-60% off retrial price. The only downside to the store is their dressing room is so small. 3 rooms to change in and a line can build up fast and before you know it you get to hang out and wait for a bit to try on some items. Overall this store is great, the location is great, and the staff is great. Check it out! read more

Lots of stores at better prices than at a regular mall. Coach, Calvin Cline, Nike, Reebok and more. Everything considerably cheeper and they had a lot of sales going on. read more
