It arrive today and there's absolutely no way it's a medium--I couldn't get my arms through it. I asked someone who wears a small to try it on and they couldn't either. It has to be women's sizing. Finally, it was advertised with a full price of $800, making the discount I received seem sizable. The full price on the garment tag shows it as $500, not $800. Just incredibly disappointed with my whole experience and will never shop here again.

Terrible customer service…read more Provided wrong stock counts on website for recent collection release. Refunded without warning or explanation after a considerable amount of time. For the stock that was available - waited over a month with no arrival, contacted the carrier but was referred to the 'sender' as the shipping label was created but the item was still awaiting. Meaning the stock was potentially lost sometime in-between leaving the store and arriving at the post office. Tried to avoid leaving a review but am receiving minimal clarity in their email responses. Slowly accepting will probably have to accept the loss. 10/10 will never shop here again. Hopefully Quiet Mountain Cafe will choose an alternative store to release through next time. Appalling.

I loved the multi colored tiki glasses, the vintage pie pans, The Jon Burgerman plates are absolutely fantastic and there are some very tempting purse and shoes. And as I mentioned, it's a luck of the draw if it's your size. It's usually pretty calm when I come in. You do need to buzz the door. And the people working are always willing to assist in anyway. A wide assortment of retailers including chain stores, fast food restaurants, food carts, banks and fights, (you're almost certain to see some type of disagreement. Waayyy) to name a few. Jewelry and electronic stores seems to be the King here with trainers store running a close second. If you're on a budget you're gonna love it here. It's mainly a pedestrian shopping street but buses are allowed and I've seen a few privately owned vehicles pass through as well. It's kept clean and WE can do our part by making use of the many garbage bins provided. I've noticed a lot of "closing down" signs on storefronts and I really hope it isn't another sign of gentrification. I hope they aren't pushing the little ones out for all big chains because I'll have something to say! **Thinking** Tip: walk up one side and walk down the next, don't be a hero (like) me and cross like a mad woman each time you see a store you wanna visit. I get to FSM using the subway. I sometimes get off at the Hoyt street and schemerhorn station but if you want to get to the heart of it, get off at the Jay Street-MetroTech station.
