He wore a Clive Barker's "Nightbreed" shirt and I showed him my custom wallet of the movie. Then, I explored the video store side before I ventured into the arcade. I thought I was there for one pinball machine only and that was my favorite, "Monster Bash". With a handful of quarters, I did my best to obtain 1 million points. After reaching my goal--I played several other pinball machines including: Metallica, Super Mario, Street Fighter, The Addams Family, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and South Park. One machine took my quarters by accident and I notified their employee, Elijah a.k.a. Little Elijah. He reimbursed me for the quarters without question. The hospitality at Game Cycle was top notch that Little Elijah gave me a bottled of water for the road. I also walked away with an action figure of Dr. Decker from "Nightbreed" and the NES version of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", after sharing stories with Randy. If you're in Springfield, make sure you stop by Game Cycle. You'll be glad you did.

They have a great selection of games from all ages and It's the only place I know of where you can find good import games at reasonable prices. This store is just going downhill. An employee named Paul, or something close to that decided to…read morenot only be rude, but show aggression towards a disabled customer. I work in the Home Health Care field, and my consumer is a BIG WWE fan. We scrounged up some of his change so he can put money on his pre-order of the new WWE 2020 game. He had $7 in quarters, and a dollar in dimes. He walked up to the counter, gave his information, and playfully said "I hope you need some quarters!" To where the man said he was not taking them unless he counted them all out and sorted them into piles. He raised his voice, as if he was trying to tell everyone in the store about it, thankfully only one person was in the store besides us. I told the man that it's just quarters and walked to my consumer's side and helped him place the change in neat piles. When we were done, he sighed and walked over as if it was such a burden to do this. We finish our trip off with my consumer asking a question about how much and how long he has left on the game, where Paul retorts with "you can take this change and take it home, and come pay the $60 you owe on it in October, like the rest of the people."
