This store is just going downhill. An employee named Paul, or something close to that decided to not only be rude, but show aggression towards a disabled customer. I work in the Home Health Care field, and my consumer is a BIG WWE fan. We scrounged up some of his change so he can put money on his pre-order of the new WWE 2020 game. He had $7 in quarters, and a dollar in dimes. He walked up to the counter, gave his information, and playfully said "I hope you need some quarters!" To where the man said he was not taking them unless he counted them all out and sorted them into piles. He raised his voice, as if he was trying to tell everyone in the store about it, thankfully only one person was in the store besides us. I told the man that it's just quarters and walked to my consumer's side and helped him place the change in neat piles. When we were done, he sighed and walked over as if it was such a burden to do this. We finish our trip off with my consumer asking a question about how much and how long he has left on the game, where Paul retorts with "you can take this change and take it home, and come pay the $60 you owe on it in October, like the rest of the people." Do something about this man, I even have had issues when I come in the store myself. To anyone reading this, avoid this store. Go to Tuttle, they're so much better on customer service. read more

Straight up rip off. I traded in an Xbox 360 today, knew I was gonna be low balled because that's how GameStop works, but I didn't know it was gonna be this bad... I was shocked at how much I got for all my stuff, and yeah... I'm stupid for saying okay. I get that, not blaming them for that part. But I brought in the following items: (1) Xbox 360 Borderlands COD Modern Warfare 2 COD Modern Warfare 3 COD Modern Warfare 4 Elder Scrolls GTA 5 (2) Rechargable Battery packs Wireless Network Adapter And a really nice (previously expensive) Camo Wireless Controller. The total I got in return was $55.75. Rip off, I know but I went with it because I'm trying to upgrade to an Xbox One. After getting home, I looked at the receipt and can't find the controller on there. Did he not put it on? Check this out... Called them, was told that getting $1 for almost all of my used games was normal. (Wow) And, I was told that the reason my controller did not show up on the receipt is that it was INCLUDED (without telling me) with the Xbox that i traded in (which I only got $20.00 for anyway). I explained to him that the controller was not a normal controller and I didn't think that it should have been "included" in the package as it was a much more expensive controller. I was told, that's how it goes. When I told him I didn't think this was right, I got the "can I help you with anything else this evening?" No... No you can't. To summarize, I will NOT be getting my Xbox One from here, and looks like I'm screwed. I accept responsibility in my part of that, but am really upset that nobody took the time to explain that I was going to be shafted on the controller or any of it for that matter. Granted I should have said no and took all of my stuff back and sold it private party, but Still... Ethically, this isn't right. Don't go there to trade. Period. read more
