We had fun here! The gals working here seem like honest enough folk and you get all kinds from an elfin supermodel to someone that looks like she could be the mom next door(but was lots of fun and really sweet). No*one tried to pressure or scam us which made for a much more relaxed experience overall and since we left happy will likely part with more of our money here again. The only downside is it's a bit out of the way location wise and was a bit tricky to get to. Once inside, its clearly a hidden gem and hopefully this club will catch on even more. read more

Service was great, the drinks are good, and the food is even better. Girls are friendly too

OK so Night shift has new ownership/management since September 2019. It is now a gay male night club. Here's the thing, anyone can go, but it's really a laid back club with semi/nude male dancers. It's very inclusive in regards to accepting all body types and people, which I love. They have a lot of really cool events which I believe draw people in. They only have alcohol available however, no food, which I think food would draw more people in to be honest. The dancers are very personable and friendly, the bartenders make really good drinks, and it's just a very accepting atmosphere. I would highly recommend coming. The music however is not the best, but for the environment that they have, I think it's very appropriate. read more

This was my first time at NS. Actually I was expecting a flashy big place. Upon pulling up to the parking lot, I said to myself "this is it?". It was small compared to the places I'm used to. Upon entering however, I warmed up to the place. The girl walking off stage was pretty attractive. The one on stage not so much. Everyone, including security was actually professional and courteous. 1 out of 3 dancers were good looking. The other 2 had butter faces. Otherwise a deal for the visit. The was a 2.75 cover per person for Thursday nights. This night only had one stage going. The other 2 are probably used on Friday and Saturday's. read more

Some of the people are nice but I've been a regular customer for a few years and I'm not sure what's going on but this will be the third time they double charged my card and I'm not pleased about it hopefully we can get it fixed read more

I used to hear about this place all the time on late night local radio station. So I finally decided to try it out. The girls on the radio commercial sounded really hot and I was so excited. So I slam a hot dress on and head to the club. I couldn't believe my eyes- wtf I walk in and see men. Men!! WTF happened?? read more

Best strip club around. Hospitality is great. They don't stand around staring at you, they actually make you feel welcome and treat you like family. Everyone's so attentive, even the Manager who served my food himself. I'll definitely be back and this time to introduce my friends! read more

I find it completely bizarre that Yelp would have ratings on adult entertainment establishments...but I guess every kind of place needs a rating right? And incidentally, this category is my specialty! I've been to Night Shift over the past 10 years and I've have to say that after the change in ownership in the recent years that overall experience has gone way downhill. But lets talk about the positives first. The club underwent a major renovation about 3 years ago. Overall, the club is quite attractive especially if you compare it to many of the other clubs in the vicinity. They have three separate stages and most of the time especially on the weeknights they only run a single stage. The bar area is pretty hip and has a lot of steel. If you are too young but legal, I believe that you can be 18 and enter. They will badge you so that you can't buy any alcoholic drinks...however, a minor drawback if you are trying to see some pole dancers anyhow. Go there hungry...the kitchen makes some great food for reasonable prices! The libations are on the high side for a bar and on the moderate side for a TT bar. The talent for entertainment waxes and wanes but has been below average for quite some time. The sound system on the weekdays is an iPod connected to the loud speakers and the quality of some of their MP3s are lower fidelity. NS is a lapdance club so the girls will try to make their money and approach you for such. The lapdance area is in a private back area of the club and has a dance monitor there to make sure no hanky-panky goes on and to (mis)count the number of dances you get. Although NS is not anywhere near my first choice of venues, I still do pop in once in a while especially on weekdays when the cover charge is greatly reduced. On the weekends, expect to pay about $20 to get in. On weekdays, its only about $5 plus a drink. NS is currently closed on Sundays and Mondays. If you do go, say hello to Natasha and Tina for me!! read more

I would always frequent this place my senior year in highschool (FYI its way more expensive for the under 21s), this place is amazing, atleast what I remember. I always felt someone intimidate by the location but otherwise...good stop. PS: I don't think most Night Shift patrons could possibly be on Yelp ;-) read more

Stupid fun in a very professional setting. I'm so impressed with the classy ambiance. The manager Alex is very accommodating & fair it seems to all the clients. I will recommend this fun spot to anyone that enjoys great music & beautiful women that know how to shake it. read more

All I got to say I'd 300.00'with Dakota in the Champaign room was totally worth it. Yes the club looks boring as hell on the outside but most of the girls are hot and friendly. Be ready to pay after all its a strip club and you have to , pay to see. She's beautiful polite talkative and doesn't try to treat me as an ATM. that's why I'm.always there for her. read more

This place is Faboo! The girls are smokin' hot, the DJ plays killer music and there is almost always a bachelor party there! Those are always fun. The girls are full nude, so if that's not your thing, don't go here. There is a two drink minimum, but who doesn't drink at least two drinks when they go to a place like this. I miss this place so much. I wish I could be there now! read more

Been here twice in a row and I never been in! first night they closed at 1 when the website said 2am! Second night they closed at 11 I asked why and some man said they closed early because the promoter wasn't there? Can't get your hopes up high here read more

This is the cleanest club in Baltimore. The new owner decked the club out it looks amazing. A great atmosphere! The girls are A1 and respectful. They have girls for everybody. Not a big crowd , but girls are worth it ! Love the area secluded & quiet , not being hassled to go into another club like on Baltimore st. My particular favorite is ms.eyes, she knows what she's doing . I first got a dance from another dancer (won't state her name because I'm not saying anything nice about her) & she was bad. I was about to leave & ms.eyes pulled me up & I told her I wasn't spending anything I jus had a bad experience . She said ok wanna get a drink & talk, she talked to me for about 20 mins danced on stage & I had to have her ! I ended up giving her like 500$! MONEY WELL SPENT. (Nothing sexual , but very sensual) Go to night shift you won't be disappointed!! read more

The worst strip club!! Yes!! If you are looking for lap dances, then there is no place worst than this. I thought of going to it as I have seen many good reviews about it. But I think they have never been to any club like the ones in Seattle (yes I am from there). The club is in the creepiest place of Baltimore and the moment I entered, I was totally disappointed. It is very very tiny. The cover was only $10 and even parking was free, but you have to buy your first drink while entering itself. There is one bar if you want to drink more. If you want to bring your girl friend with you, want to get drunk and see girls stripping then this is the place for you. But there are only about 7 girls (on Friday evening!!!) and they are not that hot, they are just OK. Except for 1 or two who got the perfect figure, the rest are either out of shape or unattractive. Though they strip completely naked, they are dancing on 2 micro mini stages and there is not much scope for them to perform any cool steps. But I really liked the DJ and the music was really good. But I felt like the girls there are really stupid. Why?? Because in those 2 hours I have been there only one girl asked me for lap dance. I waited and waited and waited exhaustively if any other girl would ask but no one did. I was even giving some hints to a girl, but she just came, took my dollar and just vanished. In every strip club I went until now, girls always came and asked me. But the girls here just chat and that too with only guys they like and completely ignore the rest. Yes, I am not cool and if I was, I would have enjoyed with my girl friend and I would not have come to spend my money in strip club. There are many pubs and bars to just chat, this is not the place for that. For me I go to strip club only for lap dances. If I want to see girls naked, I have the whole porn industry with me. Any way, lap dances are for $30 and even while getting one, she was controlling me what to touch and what not. The place for lap dances is very congested and a staff person is just in front of me observing lap dancers there. if you are expecting any extra stuff then dont even think about this place. By the end of my visit, I was totally ignored, disappointed, exhausted and never got into mood. read more
