Only reason for the 4 stars is the inconsistency of the techs. Sometimes you get someone amazing and sometimes not. But again it's only $40 for a mani/pedi and you can always tell them what you want or how you want it, and tip accordingly. All in all my kinda place!

Chalk this one up to another Erica N find. My mom lives nearby and this is her go-to place. Well, look at good ole' Friendswood becoming a beacon for great, local businesses! We went with the deluxe version, with the elongated leg massages and what not. This is a must. I never wanted this part to end. The ladies at KT Nails are not only really good at pedicure-giving, but they're all super sweet as well. I will be making it a Christmas tradition to stop here annually!

I observed the women practicing proper cleaning methods, such as separate boxes of clean instruments for each customer and sanitation of tools and polishes before and after use. I explained to my nail technician that I recently sustained a cut to my finger (I used non verbal communication here considering I told multiples jokes at this point and she had not laughed once; I came to the conclusion she did not understand English very well). She was very careful when working with my finger. I told her I had a liquid band aid on my finger to keep it clean but she just looked at me like I was crazy. Their massages are excellent! When you get a manicure, the nail technician massages your hands, arms and shoulders, when you get a regular pedicure, the lady sets a timer to massage your feet for ten minutes TEN MINUTES (a time which is generally exceeded).
