After our exams, we were required to schedule a separate second visit just to review our results--which is where the experience really went downhill. ​During that follow-up, it felt less like a medical office and more like a high-pressure used car lot. The practice presented both of us with treatment plans recommending thousands of dollars in dental work. We found this suspicious given that we had seen our previous dentist only six months prior with no major issues flagged. ​Once we received their recommended treatment plans in writing, we sought a second opinion from another dentist. As it turns out, none of the proposed work was actually necessary. We understand that clinical philosophies can vary from dentist to dentist, but the aggressive hard sell and excessive treatment recommendations made us extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

I've spent years and thousands of dollars to get an upper denture with implants and all I have is a paperweight of a denture that has never fit or worked. The experience also gave me the most painful dental appointments I've had in my life and cost me financially since I can not wear the denture to talk in a job interview. The ONLY thing these people care about is squeezing as much money as they can from you. I had five implants put in and all but two had to be removed within months, which I was also charged for. As it is, I paid for implants to be put in and then they charged my insurance to take them out instead of owning up to their mistakes. I caught them billing my insurance twice for procedures that were supposed to be free since they messed it up. I would definately avoid this dentist for any implant or denture procedures. I can't recover that time, money, or bone loss from going here. I also have experienced chronic sinus infections and problems since the sinus bone graft they performed. My health seriously suffered as a result of going here and they could NOT care less.
