Rachel is the bomb! Working with a lender can be a crap shoot, so finding the right one can…read morecompletely change your purchasing experience, dare I say, even change your life! Rachel is extremely responsive and knowledgeable!!! Moreover, she took the time and energy to answer all my whacky, anxiety driven questions. See, I'm a tad bit OCD and I ruminate over every detail. I also get nervous about anything having to do with my finances and more than anything, I am SUPER indecisive. These attributes are magnified when it comes to something like a home purchase! So, when it came to interacting with Rachel, admittedly, I was not at my best. As a matter of fact, to the contrary, I often found myself meandering into long diatribes about my concerns regarding interest rates, the cost of the home, the what and the what-ifs, the state of the economy and world in general, etc etc, ad nauseam, omg someone please gag me with a spoon. All joking aside though, I imagine it's common for people to be nervous and have questions when they are trying to secure a jumbo loan for the biggest purchase of their life. And why not have someone that you know you can trust and who can help you navigate through the process? It's like the first time you experience serious turbulence on a plane. Your stomach drops and you look out the window and start feverishly contemplating the end of your life like the girl from that scene in Bridesmaids. Then you quickly dart your head into the aisle to confirm that pandemonium is breaking out on the plane only to find a thoughtful and prepared flight attendant standing in front of you with a blanket for your comfort, an extra bag of peanuts and a complimentary cocktail to help take off the edge. Even more moving than the kind and generous gesture though, is how amazingly calm and unaffected the flight attendant is given the circumstance. It's as though she has been through this turbulence a hundred times and she is personally guaranteeing that you have nothing to worry about. All of the sudden, the idea of living a full and prosperous life seems possible again. In my opinion, that feeling is what Rachel exemplifies. She was always available and she always had a professional, patient, comprehensive response to whatever I had for her. No matter how many times I asked the same question, no matter how irrational my fears, she simply responded with a thoughtful, thorough explanation and clear description of my options. Adding insult to injury, after being a high-maintenance customer for over a month, I ended up losing my job a week before the closing of my house, which of course, meant the entire deal fell through!!! I was nervous and embarrassed and I just felt bad for everyone all around. Rachel though, unwaveringly professional and courteous as always. No judgment, no sales tactics, just sincere compassion for my situation. So six months passed, I had found a new job and tried again. Rachel, of course, was there to help me a second time just like that awesome flight attendant handing out a third bag of peanuts even though you didn't want to ask! This time the deal went through and all is well in the world!!! Thanks Rachel. Looking forward to my next purchase!

Rachel was awesome with helping our mortgage loan go through! She really knows this business in and…read moreout and helped us feel confident whenever things got hectic. I felt totally secure with her guiding us through the process and she let us know exactly what was needed to do to move the process forward. I'm so glad I got to work with such an amazing an HARD WORKING professional! I really admire her work ethic and would recommend her to everyone needing help buying a house. It was our first time buying a home and she broke down the process to us in easy to digest pieces and let us know what was important and what were things that she would take care of. She really went the extra mile (late night working on our loan to help us save $), and from what my family members who've gone through her too have said, she always goes the extra mile!
