The owner must train his staff a particular way because this has been one of the only establishments to have this kind of consistency with its soft serve on a cone. Everything was hot, the chicken was nicely seasoned and the sour cream was good and thick, the kind that stayed on the food rather than melting into it. Since it's the food hall, you get your food bagged to go but there are plenty of tables and areas to eat that accommodate all of the restaurants in the hall. There are also several fountain soda machines and condiment/utensil stations and trash receptacles. People are expected to clean up their area but there was someone making sure tables and areas stayed clean. A great simple meal and place to regroup while not being too far away from the action.
