So we went back with a hint of trepidation, but everyone was so kind. Freddy took the time to talk to my son, he looked at the picture and asked questions to make sure everyone was on the same page. He did the best he could to clean up the cut, and my son left with a genuine smile. Luckily, hair grows quickly. The gist of my original review was that my son asked for something very specific (and attainable for his hair length and texture) and left with the worst haircut he's ever had in his life. The barber was slow, and not only was it not what he wanted, it wasn't even a good cut. It was choppy in all the wrong places. HOWEVER, all of our other visits have been perfectly fine. We were just unlucky that day, I guess. I really appreciate how the management went above and beyond to try to make up for the bad experience.

She already knew what suited me and what didn't. I was already looking forward to the next one in the middle of this first one. The care and attention to detail is a "chef's kiss". For the price, it's very rare to find other places offer so much like they do. Most places charge around that much for the haircut alone. You get your moneys worth for sure.
