I called up to ask details about where he went and the person on the phone claims to not know. A proactive email letting me know Nestor is no longer employed would have been appreciated, rather than act like the guy never existed. I understand people move on, but a barber is sort of a personal experience and when you settle into a guy who knows how to do it great, it sucks trying to find someone new and start from scratch.

The lady on the call adamantly said they do it with confidence oozing out with a touch of fake politeness. I get there. Place is empty. Four workers there. The lady who I spoke on the phone can't even understand my instructions for a simple "zero skin mid fade". But she pretended like she knew what I was talking about. She proceeds to give me a haircut. Don't know any other way to explain but this. In the next 30 mins, I felt my soul slowly leave my body because I could tell by so many things that this lady has NOT A SINGLE F$$cking clue how to do ANY kind of fade. Terrible. Just terrible. I probably could've given myself a better haircut. Explains why the ship was empty.

Comfy seats, free adult beverages while you sit, and hands down - And I mean it - the best haircut I've ever had. I don't want to tell you who gives the best haircut because she's always so busy and it's hard to get an appointment - but she deserves all the praise. So if you got get Masha. They're all fantastic but Masha can do a fade and a straight razor shave like she grew up in downtown Chicago. She makes me so damn handsome. The staff knew exactly what they are doing and they do it well. Next time, even though it won't be so last minute, I will still be back. This is a great place in the North Shore.
