The owner is Adelina (she bought the business about 20 years ago and decided not to change the name). Adelina is a very experienced barber with a wonderful personality. She gives a great haircut at a terrific price. In addition, she is the only barber and this helps to create an atmosphere of warmth and privacy (I really dislike crowded barber shops where everything that is spoken is overheard by others). I am very concerned that haircutting chains, with inexperienced barbers, may undermine her business - this would be a huge loss for the community.

A proactive email letting me know Nestor is no longer employed would have been appreciated, rather than act like the guy never existed. I find that many hair salons don't allow you to book online so appreciated that I could book online for Rosa. It's a cute little house that i probably drive by everyday yet have somehow never noticed. Inside they have a bunch of talented barbers, snacks, coffee and a nice sized waiting room. Rosa was ready for us when we got there and my son explained that he really waited to grow out his curly hair. She knew exactly what "tiktok" trend he was going for and got to work. I'm usually not a fan of the grown out look, but she did it in a way that even I liked it. She also recommended products for him and taught him how to style it now that it's growing out.
