Comfy seats, free adult beverages while you sit, and hands down - And I mean it - the best haircut I've ever had. I don't want to tell you who gives the best haircut because she's always so busy and it's hard to get an appointment - but she deserves all the praise. So if you got get Masha. They're all fantastic but Masha can do a fade and a straight razor shave like she grew up in downtown Chicago. She makes me so damn handsome. Also, her sister Natasha works here too and she does an incredible pedicure. It's the perfect balance between luxury and price. I won't go anywhere else in the Northshore again.

He took his time answering a call on his cellphone…read moreafter he started my haircut, he had me wait without saying excuse me or acknowledging it afterwards either. He then acted very unpleasant after I asked if he could use his cellphone to lookup a photo of a hairstyle I wanted. Then after that, he didn't even come close to giving me the haircut I showed him. It was obvious, he intentionally provided very poor attention to my request which was fairly simple. The female at the register with blonde hair had a very poor unpleasant bedside manor also. It was a very unwelcoming and less than satisfactory experience all around.

I find that many hair salons don't allow you to book online so appreciated that I could book online for Rosa. It's a cute little house that i probably drive by everyday yet have somehow never noticed. Inside they have a bunch of talented barbers, snacks, coffee and a nice sized waiting room. Rosa was ready for us when we got there and my son explained that he really waited to grow out his curly hair. She knew exactly what "tiktok" trend he was going for and got to work. I'm usually not a fan of the grown out look, but she did it in a way that even I liked it. She also recommended products for him and taught him how to style it now that it's growing out. My son left satisfied with the experience and his new haircut. I've caught him admiring himself in his phone camera a few times since we left. We will see Rosa in a month!
