In the end, I had to replace my entire engine, cadilidic converters, and all the hoses associated because they did not do basic engine care (secure the air filter cap, thus my engine sucked up dirt for two years). When confronted with the issue, they denied any responsiblity and were not helpful. They are incompentent at best and most likely negligent from our experiences. This is my family's go-to for car wash and oil changes and they've never done us wrong, although…read morethey never get everything quite perfect either. For oil changes they usually move quick, though they always have at least a short wait. They used to let you pull your car in and stay in it the whole time, but now insist on doing it for you. For car washes you sometimes have to go through twice for missed spots, but it's nice that they hand-dry here. Plus, you get a free wash with every oil change. The vacuums aren't the greatest on suction, but they are okay for a quick once over. The staff is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much, but usually easygoing. Prices are about on par for similar services in town. I like that they are a good place to get everything done at once.

I got it back and almost got into a wreck with it after the axle just broke off while I was driving. The car also started jerking whenever it goes over a certain speed. When I took it to another shop it was going to cost over $2000 to fix it. I never took it back because they would probably find more issues to supposedly fix. The vehicle is just sitting in my driveway.
