Scammers. Trust me! Took my Audi A4 for a sensor problem and they said the computer couldn't read any codes at first so they said leave it overnight and we will do more extensive search tomorrow. They call me the next day and said the computer now read what was wrong and it was the "water pump".. they said it costs $950 to fix. I told them no thank you. He then said lowest we can do is $870 I said no. When I went to pick it up they said they can do $650.. mind you there's nothing wrong with the water pump! It was just a sensor!! They were trying to scam me and charge me almost $1k for a water pump when in reality to change a sensor costs less than $100.. they were trying to pocket $900! I should've came here first to see all the same reviews and experience I had first. Save your money trust me DO NOT COME HERE. read more

This company from what I can see is a family run business they are all very attentive they listen to my explanation of what was wrong and had taken it to 3 other companies before this one and the prices where crazy!!! wanted over $1,200.00 they repaired my car within 2 days took me back home and picked me up when my car was ready and I was charged $800.00 this was 3 months ago and no problems with my car!!! Went to Nicks because I had a flat tire, asked nick to "please place a patch on the inside of the tire" his answers was "we can't put them in that part of the tire" places two plugs instead. Woke up this morning to a flat tire , I go back to ask for a patch and he tells me " I won't do that" and that he wants to put another plug . I ask him to "please place the tire back" and I will take it elsewhere , as he's doing it he over tightens my bolts . long story short ended with 3 plugs and my bolts so tight that I had to replaces 4 studs and bolts when I went to another tire shop. All this for a simple patch job that cost $20 compared to $140 that it cost me! NEVER go to this shop! read more

My car needed a new ac compressor so I took it here since it was recommended to me. They installed the wrong size part which caused my car to overheat so I had to have it towed back to them. After a few days, they ordered the correct size and told me to pick it up. I paid $1,100. The car again started to overheat the same day I picked it up and I had to have it towed back to them. They called me and told me the whole engine was destroyed from the overheating and it would cost me about $4,000 to repair. Until the day I took it to them, the car was working fine and never had any issues. I told them the overheating started due to the fact that the put the wrong part into the car to start with. They refused to take any responsibility or work with me to resolve anything. I ended up having to buy a new car because I was not going to put more money into a car that was 8 years old. Had they installed the right part from the very start, the car would have never overheated! Complete waste of money taking your car here for repairs!!! read more

Dishonest mechanics at this business. Came here after I read OBD codes saying cylinder misfire and wanted them to further evaluate it. They told me they had run a compression test and I would need several engine parts replaced which would cost me $2525 not including tax. I assumed that they checked the spark plugs ($7-8 a piece for the best kind) if they actually ran the proper diagnostics, since those are common causes of misfire. I checked my dash cam footage and they had only opened the hood but never touched the inside of the car. THEY NEVER EVEN TOUCHED ANYTHING UNDER THE HOOD! Yet they told me that I had all these engine parts that I needed replaced and quoted me an outrageous repair cost and a repair that would take several days. I was infuriated because I almost considered just selling my car after being lied to. I came back showing the video evidence and demanded my money back. Nick had the decency to return it. Other than for an oil change, I would advise anyone seeking diagnostics and repairs to avoid this place. I don't think Nick was trying to deceive me, but his mechanics were. read more

This auto shop is very unprofessional! I took my truck there, driving. The truck was having issues picking up speed. The mechanic, Marlon, replaced a part, that wasn't the issue, then he replaced another part, catalytic converters and that wasn't the issue. He then said it was another part and that it cost 484.00. I asked how much are we looking at so far. I never received a written estimate of the cost to repair the truck. He just kept saying he would take it easy. The truck had been there a month already. The next month I spent calling them twice a week to get updates on the truck. I never received a call from them on the progress of the work. They never provided a written estimate. The truck was there now for two months and still no progress. After receiving and replacing the correct part, still this wasn't the issue. Now the truck may be out of timing. I asked about how much longer and estimate the cost. He just shrugged his shoulders. I then asked for the truck back. After a week the truck was finally available to be picked up. However the truck would not start. The battery was also drained. I had to tow the truck back home. The truck returned in worse shape then when I brought it there. After almost three months they didn't resolve anything and only made matters worse. This place is a disgrace and lacks professionalism. Bad business! read more

My go-to auto shop for years, excellent service, these are honest people who actually focus on their job instead of how much money they can take from you with nonexistent car problems. Best of all, while you wait for your car to get serviced you can kill time by having a drink or having some food from any of the great websites in that same area. Los perros is right behind the shop, so is los magueyes, mexican food in that plaza and right across the street you have green papaya and shimas japanese restaurant. It's pretty much a win win, but these are good mechanics and its worth the money. They have never let me down read more
