I've never seen cottage cheese as a taco topping, but I figured they were going for a cotija look or substitute. The ground beef was oddly seasoned, not really taco spice and the chicken was shredded, dry and bleh. And the Diet Coke mix from the gun was way off. Decent service saved it or else this would be a 1-star.

If you're considering Breakfast with Santa at the Cleveland Pub, don't hesitate--it was wonderful!…read moreThe plated breakfast included French toast sticks, bacon, sausage, hash browns and eggs. The kids loved coloring, and each grandchild even received a special nice certificate. Santa visited our table and, to the amazement of the grandkids, told a sweet story about one of his elves. We had plenty of time to take photos with Santa, and the elves were so friendly. We even left with reindeer food! Truly the best Santa experience ever.

The bartender was very nice though and they had live music on the patio. I didn't eat because of the dog being inside, if it wasn't for that, this place has a lot of potential to be somewhere I'd go on repeat. Unfortunately allergies will prevent that for me.

Drinks are also great, best Bloody Mary I have ever had (make sure to get it spicy) and good espresso martinis. To top it all off, they have a rumpleminze machine iced! GOAT!!

Many were around $5/pint. We were seated quickly and our server grabbed drink orders right away. We waited a bit in between some things but had a really great lunch overall. We had an excellent experience and will probably stop back again soon. Similar bar vibes as normal but still comfortable and cool while it was pretty hot outside.

He literally transforms Natty Oaks into the North Pole, complete with a mailbox outside where the kids can send Santa a note. And let me tell you... he is THE BEST SANTA I have ever seen. Seriously. They also have a bunch of shuttle buses that take you to Brewers games and concerts, which means you can drink, have fun and not have to deal with the whole "where the hell did I park?" situation. Last night was our first time downstairs in The Oaks Lounge and I loved it. It feels like a little speakeasy mixed with your BFF's basement bar -- in the best possible way. We were there for a bourbon event and our bartender was fantastic. Super friendly, helpful and was absolutely busting her butt taking care of everyone. And then there's the outdoor space where they have bands during the week and on weekends when Wisconsin weather decides to cooperate. Natty Oaks is just one of those great local places that has personality. Good food, good drinks, good people and always something going on. If you haven't been, go check it out!

When we walked in, we were not greeted so we grabbed a table. Many minutes later, someone came over and asked if we were there to eat or drink or both. We told her we were mostly there to eat but a few beers would be needed for the over 21's. A couple of people on our party ordered wings and a someone had chicken fingers. Someone ordered a burger and someone else ordered a wrap. I had the French Dip and shared it with my daughter. The food was good; typical bar food. Prices are great. Drinks were cold. The bar is cute with a lot of history. Service was terrible... but that's okay, we weren't really expecting much.

Thankfully things got better from there, with the two servers both assisting and providing suggestions for food. Speaking of the food, it was quite good! I went with the mushroom swiss burger and a side of tots, and both were delicious. Initially I was a bit disappointed by the lack of tots, but given the size of the burger and my desire to shed some post-holiday weight, the portions were perfect! The burger was cooked just as I wanted, and the tots had the perfect amount of crisp and crunch.

Staff are friendly but things may move a little slower due to the care they put into their cocktails. This is definitely reminiscent of island vibes.
