This isn't fair to Nickelodeon Pizza but the delivery driver left the pizza on the floor at my apartment. Never rang the doorbell , knocked on the door, or text to inform me that the pizza had been delivered. This person did text to ask the building number, 30 minutes later when I text for an approximate time he rudely replied if I had open the door. This place is terrible. The staff is incredibly unprofessional. They don't seem to have any idea of what's going on with party reservations. They don't have enough room for seating. All areas are crammed full with crowded walkways. People have to dance around chairs or the person has to get up and clear the path so someone can walk by. I'm surprised they haven't been flagged by the fire marshall. Pizza is worse than some cheap microwave pizza. We ordered wings that were ridiculously undercooked, and when we took them back and only asked if we can have these cooked a little more, they had the nerve to blame and say it was because of the contain THAT THEY SERVED US IN was closed and the steam is what made them look like that. They also didnt want to sell us a regular pint of beer because they didnt have pint glasses. Well how about you buss the damn tables and you will have all the glasses you need. The men's restroom has a giant hole in the wall where I guess the mirror used to be with damn spider webs everywhere. I know this place has been a staple in the community and is family-owned but damn, get it together. Oh and BTW, terrible air conditioning. the place feels like a high school gymnasium. We were so disappointed with this place. Pizza was about a 3, I won't even rate the hot wings. They were mushy and fatty with absolutely no flavor. Our order was ready, so we went to the counter to pick it up, was asked for a receipt, a receipt wasn't given, the staff all of a sudden began to question whether we had paid. So rude! Customer service is horrible! My family and I were basically the only ones there for about 2 hours in there outside patio dining. Once more people arrived we were told in a rude manner we couldn't have more than 6 people in one table (due to covid). There were 6 family members and 2 children under 7. As soon as she told us this we quickly left, turned and looked at all the employees, half of them with there masks worn improperly. I saw the pictures on Yelp of their pizza and couldn't not order a small pie, half pepperoni/cashews, half chorizo/avocado. Where else can you get such a creation? It wasn't the best pizza I ever had, not really even close. In fact it sort of tasted generic and the combination of those toppings tasted just like how you'd expect. Still, for putting this stuff together, I grant them 4 stars. The staff was also nice. I don't know if I'd go as far as calling this place a gem in the IE, but it's worth a shot if you have to be in Colton. Who happens to be in Colton though. Came in with our groups, we serve adult with intellectual disabilities. There was maybe a total of 22 people. We came in to celebrate a birthday, have lunch, and play games at Fiesta Village on a Thursday. Upon walking in at 11am, I was asked if we had reservations. We've been here many times and have never been asked that. I guess we need to inform them ahead of time to ensure they have enough staff to cook our pizzas. We were able to order and finish eating within 40minutes. I hardly think you needed any extra staff to accommodate us. The manager lady is just plain old rude, and you can tell that older man was talking negatively about our groups. Sorry to be an inconvenience, we won't ever come back. read more

The food here is amazing! This is our favorite pizza place hands down! The staff is very friendly & helpful. The manager Kerry goes the extra mile for her customers. She always makes our time at Nickelodeon exceptionally good. Our 1st visit here was a kids party with my family. We had a huge party and the service was fantastic. The kids love to play the games. Last time we went in was for a "Steal The Glass" fundraiser for a San Bernardino County Sgt who was injured in Las Vegas. Lifelong customer and fan. So many good memories from my childhood and now as an adult. However, the past couple visits the customer service has been horrible. I understand they are understaffed like most other restaurants are now and customers can be very frustrating and rude. I haven't experienced this level of rudeness from employees at other understaffed restaurants though. Once in December from the female manager telling my sister and I we were lying about the type of sandwich we ordered and she's been there for many yrs and never made a sandwich like that. My family has been ordering this sandwich for 30 plus yrs. And tonight I was rudely told no more orders even though they were open another 30 mins. Just speak to people nicely and it goes a long way. Or post a sign advising no orders after a certain time and no more customizing on menu items. I'm sad to no longer be a customer. Pizza is usually good but during this pandemic you can't really play with touching of your face, fixing your mask, pulling down your mask to breathe then continue to work or to wipe your sweat without washing your hands before handling anything else.
