Great prices, & the oil changes are super fast. I recently moved away but I will still make the drive to go here for my oil changes !

They steel your parts and they try to show the bad air filter and cabin filter which they always have one which is dirty and they try to make you change it . Be aware of it read more

This place did my oil change and service was fast! 27.00 for an '07 Honda Accord coupe v4 The reason I give it a 4 stars and not 5 is because I expected the inside store to be better well stocked. There were products still in boxes not on the shelf yet read more

I moved to Brea not knowing a trust worthy mechanic to go To. I have been going to the same mechanic in south bay for ten years and it became hard for me to drive all the way there to get my car fixed. I have been to many other places but couldnt find the right one. Here people might not speak perfect English but then you can really trust them:) They use original parts (they even show me the old ones to switch off with legit parts) and I save a lot more than going to the dealers. They get their job done, no lying, and straight to point! Ask for Sean (the manager)! read more

This place is untrustworthy! They lied to me about why I was charged $35 for an oil change for a Honda Civic when the advertised price was $17.95. That's more than DOUBLE the price!!!! I asked why and they said they used more "expensive" oil. They never asked me if they could do that. I have a 2014 Honda Civic, and didn't need that "more expensive" oil. Which I probably did not get anyways. My husband had gone in one time before and got the $17.95 price so I can't help but feel they tried to get away with lying because I am a female. read more

Extremely rude customer service. Don't ever ask to use the bathroom, as the guy at the register will jus grunt and point at the key as if he's disgusted you even ask. Also, you frequently get solicited by guys trying to sell you things or asking for gas money to get home. read more

I love the services the thay have I will recommended to go see them. For all your Reaies thanks very mutch read more

I was there last night at 11:00 pm and my wife wanted to buy a bag of chips and the gas station attendant said that he was closed. Now if it was closed what was the point of him being inside supposedly still working? I also tried to fill up my gas tank and the pump wasn't working for some reason. In fact none of the pumps were working. Once again what was the point of the gas station attendant being there if the gas wasn't working either? For those of you reading this, if you need to gas up late at night I suggest a different gas station. read more

Came here couple times for my engine oil serive before. However today they charged me 250 for transmision oil change. I was thinking it was too expensive but i did it anyway. Later i called the honda dealer and asked for the price and they told me 180. Total Rip off place. Disappointed. read more

I have been coming for oil change and smog check. These guys are kindly and fast. Also price is pretty cheap

They close at 6 but stop servicing customers at 520. Change your business hours if you're not going to go by them!!!!!!! Horrible.

Gas is fine. However their mechanic is lacking. I took my car there religiously for over a year for oil changes. They advertise oil change for 17$ yeah it's 17$ but you get what you pay for. My car broke down, when I took it to another mechanic they said, that my oil pan was completely broken and the oil filter had never been changed. This caused other problems with my engine. Next time I will worry about quality over price. read more

I went to Nick's shell dropped my car off and he had it ready in 20 mins. Normal oil change is 17.99. You can't beat that.

I've been coming here for more than 10 years!!!Great place for Oil change, break change, they never gouge the customers! Honest people!

I always bring my cars here I would of given them a 5 start but on a Friday I brought my wife's car for a oil change.. I saw the guys struggling to fit a oil filter and I looked away for a minute and they had put one in the car.. I tought it was the same oil filter I didn't say anything I was expecting them to tell me they didn't have a oilfilter for my car and they where going give me a discount.. I still didn't say anything I went to a friends house to lift the car and realized they used the same oil filter!!!! How do I know because I mark the oil filter!! It's so dishonest not to tell the costumer about the issue!! Never coming to this place!! read more

I liked their services a lot! Everyone is so nice and friendly. Customer service was really good, it was fast and efficient.

Great service! Been coming here for a few years now to get my oil change. Highly recommend.

This is with regards to their service station. Went here last week to get my fluids checked and possibly replaced. I know a bit about cars myself and do maintain my car regularly but I just didn't have the place to do it at that time. Once I got there it took at least 30+ mins before somebody attended to my car. Waited another 15 or so and I see the guy working on my car smoking and tried to talk to him about how my car is looking. He just shrugs me off and it seems like he doesn't speak English. After that he recommended a bunch of repairs which I'm pretty sure my car doesn't need. Got outta there as soon as I can. How do they expect me to trust them when I can barely communicate with the guy working on my car? Go someplace else. You'll thank me later. read more

I have been to Nick's twice this week and 4 times in the last year. Why? Because SEAN always does a great job. He found the mistake another mechanic did so I took the car back and got a free radiator and thermostat repair. Today, I came to tell him he was right and ask him to charge the freon and look at my air conditioning. You have to go to the person you trust! Thank's guys :) Yvette read more

Nick Shell Service - I got excellent advice to tow car back to the guy that didn't plug my cooling fan to radiator and blew it out! - Auto Repair Near Me - Artesia, California

I limped into this station after an accident on the frwy. Front of my car was pushed in and the radiator leaking. A few hours later, I had a new radiator, thermostat. They also pulled the support beam back into shape. They also beefed up some fasteners with bigger washers and bolts. They really did a lot of work other places don't do. When I got the bill, the labor cost was about half of what they could have charged. These very nice men know what they are doing and treated me very, very well. I have worked on my cars for decades.. I know cars. Let me put it this way.. I live 9 miles away, but when I need mechanical work done or a transmission flush, I'm passing up about 15 other places and going to Nicks. You guys have earned me as a return customer. Thank you so much for taking great care of me. read more

Please do not take your car here, it was such an awful inexperienced mechanic who "fixed my car" I took it because my car didn't start, they told me I had to replace so many things...I don't know about cars so I replaced what they told me to.... After picking up my car they broke the coolant cap and gave me my car like that, after driving 2 blocks I noticed the car overheating, I took it back and made it seem like if it was a "favor" that they were doing by replacing it and on top of that, they MESSED UP the Brake Sensor and Air Bag sensor so both lights are on now and they didn't fix it!!! Horrible mechanics here, if you are a GIRL please DO NOT take your car here, do your self a favor and if you have AAA, take their advice on where to take it better, I know they are more expensive but at least they will be honest and guarantee their work not like this place read more
