My review is in 2 parts…read more First as a patient. I had a good experience with Dr. Miller. The staff was prompt and professional. Dr. Miller was nice and helped me with my pain. My second part of the review is for Dr. Brabec personally. My wife has seen him a few times and Dr. Brabec as a provider has been nothing but perfect, absolutely on the mark. Some doctors get into a specialty field for the money others get into the field never forgetting to help patients first. Dr. Brabec chose the ladder Dr. Brabec's approach is masterfully skillfully and his overall assessment is honestly above and beyond the typical scope of practice. A physician's exam on a patient is paramount!!! One missed question or one question not ask by a provider can and is off putting to patients. (Ever leave a doctors visit and thinking the doctor really wasn't listening or didn't really fully grasp your condition??? ) You won't get this feeling seeing Dr. Brabec I promise. He and my wife went over everything honestly the doctor answered all my wife's billion questions and did not get mad and move on to the procedure portion of the visit till my wife didn't have any more questions. He answered all the questions openly and not in a way to come off as off putting. He used appropriately the right amount of medical terms and non medical language. (I hate when Doctors dum down there medical knowledge I mean really patients have googled and webMD so much stuff before walking in to a specialist they know the language I think or maybe that's just me) As far as results/outcome my wife and I are both happy we put our health under Dr. Brabec's hands. He's been easy to talk and actual listens without bouncing all the patients into one group. This review was taken from Google review.

An elderly family member saw Elise Juliano NP at this location. Nurse Practitioner Elise came into…read morethe room did not introduce herself and started the visit by saying " I have 20 patients in the waiting room waiting for me and if you don't like it you can have a different provider" and proceeded to be disrespectful and rude to the patient and caregiver. She was dismissive and unprofessional. She has no business caring for patients with her hostile demeanor.

Mass Eye and Ear, of all places, doesn't understand accessibility and accommodations for people…read morewith vision and language disabilities. They have a page on their website that says they can provide communication in required formats for people with disabilities, but none of their staff are aware that the law requires this. The webpage saying they provide accessible communication only has a phone number to contact them. It has one e-mail address, but that is for requesting interpreter services, not for general e-mail correspondence from people who need to contact the clinic via text. The website says to use the portal to schedule appointments for patients who are already registered, but the portal is set up so there is no way to request an appointment unless already seen recently by that department. The Patient Relations office has no idea that the ADA exists and told the person to find an abled person to make a voice call for them. The nurses in the departments don't understand what large print is and several of them have provided a legally blind multiply disabled person with handwritten illegible instructions, stating they don't know how where they would type and print instructions to give the person. Their solution was also "can't an abled person just redo it?"
