Got a Groupon for Mothers Day went with my daughter READ THE FINE PRINT my daughter thought she bought the water flow, the head massage, etc. it was just the head massage. I don't know if they use a blade or Brillo to scrub my head, but they damaged my hair so bad it hurt it was not relaxing at all no waterfall no water no nothing just scratching whatever oil into my scalp. My hair has been so frizzy ever since do not go here. It's terrible. read more

I have been to Nice Day Beauty Spa for a facial and lash extensions twice in the past month - The first time was to 'prepare' for my son's wedding. The upcoming event anxieties caused my skin to break out days before the event...very badly... the owner and technicians were so kind, so helpful and gentle and absolutely made my skin condition so much better than when I walked in. It allowed the wedding make up staff to finish the job with makeup and all my boo-boos covered up. I am eternally grateful. The lash extensions were also done well, lasted 3+ weeks and made my eyes stand out. I returned this past week to have the same services to redo my skin as it continues to heal from the outbreak and to have my lashes redone so my eyes can look better a little while longer. I would recommend Nice Day Beauty Spa - its not the fanciest or largest salon but its clean, the staff is attentive, the prices are manageable for people who don't have unlimited funds and they make every effort to accomodate your date and timing requests. So today mother in law, myself and my 2 daughters went for a spa day. It was my daughters first time so they can not compare it to other places. I stopped in a couple of days ago to let them know my one daughter was pregnant and the other was 14 and wanted to be in the room with one of us. My first impression was not a zen type atmosphere. Purple walls, teal chairs, unfinished spackle etc. We went ahead with our plans despite my fear. Well, it was a wonderful day! I am a fitness specialist and have back ground in physical therapy. My massuse Kira knew what she was doing. She was tough and found ever knot. My mother in law asked for it to be light with Diane and she took good care of her. The daughters enjoyed their first experience and we left with some laughs of things they did not expect. We had massage, facial, hand treatment and scalp. It was all wonderful. My only negative was that the therapist were walking back and forth and opening and closing doors and talking with each other loudly. I politely asked to not talk so we could relax and they apologized. All in all we had a great day and would return together for another girls bonding. read more

False Advertising. I paid for classic 140 pcs lash ext, when there they try to sell me something else, i stick with the Groupon. 1st Lady started my lashes was no good. I think she's inexperienced,2nd Lady was better at applying the them after almost 2hrs. I was told not use products on face for 24hrs, I complied. Since said evening my lashes falling out. The coupon says +2wk fill now lady says NO. I told that's what the Groupon says , she still denying it. I won't recommend you go there, the sell these Groupon then try to make you buy the adds on, if you don't buy the adds on you'll get bad quality lash extensions. read more

I Purchase a Groupon, and on the website it says you can buy up to four times per person and use after 90 days. Made an appointment and when I showed up, they said you can only use it once and that Groupon has false information and wanted to make me purchase a regular eyelash extension package. Not to mention the first time I went. They try to charge me for everything so I ended up paying full price at the end. I feel like this place is scamming people and using Groupon as a platform to do so..False advertising in Groupon do not buy!!! read more

I got a Groupon for a massage/facial. My expectations were not high, but I figured how bad could it be? The place was older and outdated, but I overlooked that. I just wanted a relaxing massage and facial. Well all I can say is wow. The massage lady was very nice, but I didn't appreciate how she kept leaving the room throughout the massage. Also, no music or relaxing vibe at all. I wasn't used to someone getting on the table and straddling me to work on my back, but maybe that was her style. The facial lady came in after the massage. She threw on the lights and started setting up. Keep in mind this was after my massage. The facial would've been nice if she also didn't leave the room several times and her phone kept beeping. In addition to that she was talking to someone at the door who decided to watch during the facial. Very uncomfortable. Let's not even go into how she answered phone calls during the facial for appointments.Um...how are you answering the phone and touching my face as well. Long story short I will not be going back. read more
