I needed some major rear suspension and coil spring repair shortly before going on vacation. The problem was diagnosed at another repair shop but they couldn't get the work done before I left for vacation. The owner, Jim is a good guy and has excellent customer service. The waiting room has a comfortable couch, a variety of magazines, a nice flat screen TV and a Keurig coffee machine. All that is nice but the thing that really impressed me is their customer service. I had a flat tire on Wednesday afternoon. AAA changed the tire for me and put on the donut spare but I still had to get the original tire repaired. I drove into Nice Car Care's shop at 5:15 PM thinking if I'm lucky I could drop off the damaged tire and pick it up in a day or so. Instead, Jim asked if I wanted to wait. He repaired the flat, pulled the Outback onto a lift, and put the repaired tire on all within 15 minutes at the end of the day probably after closing time. While driving on 495 my serpentine belt suddenly broke in shredded to pieces inside the engine bay I lost power steering and was forced to pull over. I immediately went on Yelp and looked for the best auto repair in the area and nice car care was the top result. Had my car towed in that night by AAA and Jim called me and told me that he suspected my serpentine belt broke because the fan clutch started binding. Jim took the time to actually find the root cause of the problem instead of just replacing the serpentine belt like the last shop I brought it to when this happened. Jim replaced my serpentine belt and fan clutch and I also got an oil change done while I was there he charged me what I thought was a fair price at $650 and he stayed open 15 minutes late because I missed my exit on the way to pick up the car nice car care is exactly that a very nice place to bring your car with very friendly and attentive staff I would also like to give a very big thank you to Jim as he seems like a very nice and honest guy. If you are in the Franklin Bellingham area I suggest next time you have a car problem that this be the first place you go to. read more

These folks are fantastic. They saved me thousands of dollars by diagnosing a transmission problem that my Lexus dealership could not figure out on their own. I was having some major car issues, brought it to another place to get it looked at, but was still having issues after the mechanic said it was all set. My boyfriend recommended Nice Car Care and said Jim would take good car of the situation. I could not be more happy with my decision to bring my car here. They took me that day without an appointment, as soon as they figured out what was wrong Jim called me and explained what needed to be done (I have no idea about cars), he made sure I was comfortable with the cost and assured me he would have it running smoothly again!
