We had a buffet with appies to start. Food- was exceptional. The maple smoked salmon was awesome. The seasonal veggies were not the usual carrots and broccoli. It has squash, asparagus and green beans. The prime rib at the carving station was cooked in a pan while you waited if you wanted it well done. The food was as good as or better than the food I have had at 4 and 5 star restaurants in Vancouver. Staff- the service was amazing. They set up the buffet with nice tablecloths and decoration. We supplied the plates and silverware but they did the entire cleanup. They were friendly and one staff member took the time to help my nephew get seconds. I couldn't have asked for more. Vivienne took the time to meet with us before hand and we talked via phone and email. She even sent us a list of potential suppliers for our linens and tableware.
