I believe the sales department of any dealership makes the first sale, but the service I receive from that point on keeps me at a dealership. I live in the greater Hartford area and drive to Crest now for sales and service. A friend recommended Crest. I still check their prices "to keep them honest" but that has never become an issue. Some dealers are part of a huge group, others not. I like knowing my money is actually going to a local dealer whose owner is on premises. They all pay the same amount for a car, but if the owner is there to yell at (should I have a problem) I feel better about my purchase. I am now on my second Ford SUV from them, and will continue to work with them. I am planning to replace my other car in 2021, and they will absolutely get the opportunity to sell it to me.
