I started coming here the last couple of weeks to get in some Prehab for an upcoming surgery. I…read morehave never had physical therapy before so this was a new experience. Everyone in the office was helpful to get me checked in and make my appointment schedule for the next few weeks. The facility is really great and my therapist is very helpful and supportive with my injury. We're creating a plan to do before and after surgery so I can make a full recovery in hopes of getting back to normal quicker. So far I'm very happy with this facility, my therapist, and the team here. They're giving me some good vibes and hopes for my post surgery recovery.

I don't have time to wait 15 minutes for a receptionist to answer the phone. I can't leave a callback number as my work hours coincide with excelsior's receptionist hours. I don't have time to drop everything and answer my phone. I don't have time to sit around, if I'm home, waiting for a callback. Plus, I work in a noisy factory where I rarely hear my phone ring. So, this is a major complaint of mine about excelsior. I've spoken to my doctors there repeatedly but apparently, they haven't changed their phone answering system or hired more people to just answer phones and take appointments. 3 stars, simply because it's so hard to get anyone to answer a phone.

If you want information about your treatment or an actual radiologist to review your mammogram,…read more don't come here. There is no information given to the patient about whether they are having a screening mammogram or a diagnostic mammogram. If they decide that you need a diagnostic mammogram, they'll probably reschedule you, because the radiologists are rarely there to do a diagnostic mammogram. Which begs the question: Who's reading the other mammograms? No answer when that question is asked, in fact, the Radiologist technician was very uninformative, and wouldn't even provide a phone number for the follow-up care, which was across town and was supposed to be to discuss the results of the mammogram. The receptionist was very polite and friendly, but she's new and will probably leave soon. I'd head to a center that actually has radiologists in the building.

It took minutes for someone to answer my call to make my appointment back in February, I received detailed instructions well in advance about how to prepare and what to expect prior to and on arrival. There was plenty of available parking and accessible entrance. I barely had time to sit down before being called back for registration. I was greeted by a very pleasant patient care worker who provided detailed instructions for my ride, took my insurance info and got me squared away. I don't think I was in the lobby more than 10 minutes before being escorted by a very cheerful and friendly nurse who took my vitals, gave me ample time to change into my gown. She was very skilled at getting my IV started and calmed my little fears. I then was escorted to the exam room where I again was greeted by warm nurses who were very attentive and explained again what was going to happen, estimated time it would take and how the rest of the day would go. It felt good to have staff ask if it was okay to touch me. I really appreciated that! My doctor arrived quite promptly and went over my history and again explained what to expect. I was not at the facility no more than 3 hours...probably less than that but I was a little out of it but I remember the high quality of care that I received. I did receive my test results very late or very early this morning and the procedure went very well. Outstanding care! No pictures for obvious reasons.
