Having cleanings 3-4 year made a difference. During these years Ive met many hygenists & have often chosen my Dentist because of them. Donna is worth her weight in gold and I hope the Dibona group does whatever it takes to keep her. I also recommend and appreciate Dr Bonci, my talented dentist. Thank you for offering such care.

Marion got me settled and took xrays then Dr Jacqueline Bonci did the most thorough & relaxed exam I've ever had experienced. After 10 month since last cleaning I was encouraged my gums were in good shape. However, my teeth are not such good news. Getting not good news in the empathetic way Dr Bonci delivered it made it easy to digest and accept. I had planned to go to Tufts Medical School for 5-6 implants because of cost. After today's experience I feel more confident that never there is a way through this. I'm staying here and though I may only get 2-3 implants I want this work done by Dr Bonci. Very grateful for the care received including the office staff.

They did X-rays immediately and the assistant and dentist were very nice. The appointment did not last long and i was given two options to resolve my issue. The only reason they got 3 stars was the front desk. They provided Me two estimates and when I said I felt that the root canal at $1700 was high I asked her if my $200 for the appointment today would go towards that, she just handed me the paperwork and said no giving me no other options.

Enter the space with "the chair", the once anxiety producing object carries only a relaxing welcome here. More friendly and helpful faces talk you through everything, the chair goes back and the concert begins. Yes you read right, concert. There is no time to feel nervous when you feel like you're in such good hands, you can just enjoy the show. The staff are so in tune with each other it's like watching a dance happen above you. You've got you're "safe gesture" since you can't have a safe word, and your comfort is checked in with frequently. I thought for sure I was going to request Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) for my procedure today but Bei Li was so gentle, I didn't even feel the Novocaine. Like an hour at the spa, I had to resist closing my eyes to complete the relaxation for fear that they may have thought I'd passed-out. Bonus, as genuine as they are in their interest and care of you, they don't ask you questions that require long answers WHILE they are working in your mouth. B O N U S. Never in my life have I felt so taken care of, welcomed, and relaxed at dental appointments. I feel like I have new friends and I actually look forward to going in to see them again. I have been going to this dental office for more than 10 years. After a few different hygienists, I finally found the one I like to stay with and I was willing to wait for a year for the appointment. But unfortunately when I need to reschedule the apppointment which I have been waiting for a year due to a sudden trip out of town, they further moved my appointment out for another 8 months. Also during the entire year of being on the waitlist, I have never ever received a call from them. If they are this busy, I think they really don't need my business or anyone else's business. So I am leaving them regretably after so many years and my warning to all is that stay away from this dental office!
