She was rude and insulting when I was asking genuine questions regarding a billing discrepancy. I had no idea they were so expensive till I was pushed to compare prices to other places. The receptionists have always been pleasant to deal with when you shut up and pay your bill no questions asked however if you ever do have a question or concern that is where it will all take a turn for the worse. NOTE: The receptionist made a comment that they charge even more money (est. $30 more) to people that have no dental insurance coverage. I was unaware of that since I have always had dental coverage but I thought this should be known in case it could help someone else save some money. Just seemed very unfair. The owners have always been nice. I wish I could have asked them about the billing concern but the damage has already been done. I don't want to deal with the front desk help ever again.
