As much as no one likes being at the dentist I generally find myself laughing in his chair at least once per visit.!!!!! His in house oral Surgeon Dr. Lan (please correct my spelling) is also so kind and skilled. He even called personally to check up on me after my procedure. High points: - Excellent staff: friendly, positive, accommodating - Apt reminders by text (crucial for me) - Clean, high tech office environment - WONDERFUL with kids and anxiety On this last point: my child was nervous about having their first cavities filled. (Really nervous. Anxiety began weeks before the appointment. Asking the same questions over and over, and to multiple adults.) Once in the chair, they still had a million questions. Dr. Samiei and his staff answered each one patiently.  He allowed my child agency to ease their nerves (counting down to the Novocain shot, deciding on hand signals in case a break was needed, etc.). The appointment took longer than necessary due to all the questions, but never once did they rush. My child left happy and relieved. Can't recommend them enough, especially if you or your child experience anxiety at the dentist.

Used to be top notch, downhill since 2024 and on…read more Was a patient for a couple years. Loved the hygienist's work. Dr. Hamada himself always very nice and informative. Got invaligns after 2 consecutive appointments of them mentioning I should. Never had any issues with bite or anything. Went terrible. Thought it was gonna be Dr. Hamada but he did none of my appointments, his colleague did. On removal the brackets were still jagged. Dr. Hamada did my retainer appointment and I initially opted for the upgraded retainer at his suggestion. The next day I called and discussed doing the basic one which I had already paid for. They said they would call when it was ready. They never did. By then my teeth were shifting back. Next dental appointment I saw Dr Hamada and he seemed visibly upset that I said I just let it go. He was short with my visit as well. I love how the office failing to log my preference and calling for the retainer included in the $5k I paid for the Invisalign wasn't addressed though. Nobody ever made that right, apologized, or sent me any retainer. Office manager is argumentative and unprofessional when you bring these issue up. If you don't she's fine. Now I keep getting a bill for $134 on an unexplained charge which I was never billed for. They claim they sent it but never did and I have no issue getting other mail from them.

Now I think maybe they've grown too fast because the waiting room is always packed full and the hygienists seem stressed and rushed. Plus I don't think we've ever had the same hygienist twice, and we've been coming here for maybe 5 years. They don't explain anything to my son or give him time to get used to anything. We've completely failed to get xrays the last few visits because the mouthpiece makes him gag and panic. During cleanings, they've started using the rinse-and-vacuum method instead of letting him spit and it splashes on his face and it's loud and uncomfortable. We're going to try switching to a smaller office elsewhere that can hopefully give him more time and a calmer environment.
