I have been a loyal paying customer for 25+ years and after speaking with a receptionist at the office recently I was so turned off that I will be moving my whole family elsewhere. She was rude and insulting when I was asking genuine questions regarding a billing discrepancy. I had no idea they were so expensive till I was pushed to compare prices to other places. The receptionists have always been pleasant to deal with when you shut up and pay your bill no questions asked however if you ever do have a question or concern that is where it will all take a turn for the worse. NOTE: The receptionist made a comment that they charge even more money (est. $30 more) to people that have no dental insurance coverage. I was unaware of that since I have always had dental coverage but I thought this should be known in case it could help someone else save some money. Just seemed very unfair. But Dr. Shah has been very patient and always offers extra novicaine and stops and asks if I'm OK. I have had an implant, root canal, and fillings, plus my cleanings here, and I have been very satisfied. The staff are the best. Tara and Juliette on the front desk are sweethearts and a big shout out to Kelly, their amazing dental assistant, but all staff are equally friendly. I highly recommend them.
