I'm not exaggerating when I say Ngoc gave me the best haircut of my life. He spent a good amount of time asking me what I wanted, looking at the pics I brought in, and asking me what my daily maintenance was like. He also will advise you on adjustments he thinks will fit your face shape and hair texture, which I really appreciated because it shows he cared about me ultimately looking good when I walked out of the salon and not like some damn fool that picked a trendy style off the internet. For the haircut itself, he spent well over an hour on it. I went out afterwards and got tons of compliments. I'm pretty low maintenance and only cut my hair maybe 3 times a year, so I wanted a style that would grow out well and wouldn't require a lot of time or products, and Ngoc delivered - plus he is super sweet and funny and personable.
