We called back to explain that the way they did their procedure was okay and the receptionist was very rude and hung up the phone while I was still talking. I would not recommend this dental office. For extractions. My husband had to get hospitalized a few hours after his extraction keep that in mind after nurses and doctors look at her area they had ask him why the dental doctor didn't do stitches because of how big the extraction was and that it should have recommended for him to get them.

Patient First Focus!!…read more I've visited PCS a couple times now, and I've been met with not only a great staff, but also a great dentist. Dr. Oullette, on both occasions, has approached my situations from numerous angles, and with laser focused attention to detail and thoughtfully explained. His understanding and explanation of my dental needs and how symptoms are so often treated first without addressing how symptoms developed over time was an eye opener for me. I was relieved PCS is not out to do the biggest, most invasive and expensive procedure just because it may be "an" option. Based on that, I'm comfortable saying I've seen a pragmatic approach that takes into account the desires of the patient as well, but only after the patient fully understands the options and weighs in on them. There's a lot to be said for a practice that combines the care, attention to detail, learning/teaching environment, innovation, holistic approach, and a genuine love for the profession, and true desire to help patients. Dr. Oullette and his staff have a great formula here in this dental office. Thank you for what you do!!

From the beginning, everyone has been kind, professional, accommodating, and very thoughtful about insurance, billing, and making sure I understood everything. Today I had dental work done, and it ended up being more involved than expected. Dr. Beres did a beautiful job, and what impressed me even more was that he personally called me later that evening to check on how I was feeling and to make sure I had taken the medication I was supposed to take. That level of care is rare. I am truly impressed and feel very blessed that my whole family gets to be under his care. I highly recommend Dr. Beres and his team.

Dr Kitto was the one who had actually scheduled my appointment on the phone which surprised me but he was so kind and got me in right away.
