They diagnosed the original problem which was an issue with the window flashing being done incorrectly from the builders and corrected the issue. It then rained and started showing a lesser water leak than before. The siding guy came back out within 24hrs and noticed another issue with my siding and the direction the wind was coming at my house and reversed the seams of my siding. I have not had a leak since! I definitely recommend these guys and will come back to them if I have any other issues with my house. They were reasonably priced and did very good work. Thank you guys!

It was time to replace the roof that was perilously old after a large windstorm blew off a patch of shingles. Our contractor put in a huge bid, hoping that our insurance company would simply write them a check. Didn't happen. I did an extensive review of roofers in the area and settled on North Idaho Exteriors and one other. Both jumped off of the page. I had solid bids fairly quickly from both companies. Chris Haley reached out to me and sent me all of the information. Chris noted to me that they couldn't get started on it for 3 months but would send a crew out to cover up and patch the exposed area of the roof. A huge help! Wil McGuire called me and let me know that they were going to knock out the roof the next day. I was impressed that they were able to finish the whole project in a day. It makes it much nicer for the tenants. Wil kept me informed of the progress throughout the day with copious photos, videos, and explanations. Sadly, all of our plywood sheeting needed to be replaced as it was very soft and rotting out. There was also a ceiling joist that was in need of repair. The whole tear down and installation was finished within the day. The only downside was the extra cost of the plywood (which I had anticipated). Chris helped me out and matched the other bid that I had received to help soften the blow of the additional cost. The communication process has been amazing. Chris and I have had many very nice conversations (talking about baseball and our kids). Makes it nice when you have a personal connection in addition to the business transaction. Very nice, smooth, and easy transaction with a very high quality, warrantied, roof. I highly recommend!

RUN AWAY, FAST!!…read more In June, 2019 Marco, the owner of Lobo Construction, LLC, knocked on my door and told me that he could get my insurance to pay for a new roof. My roof was a little worn, BUT WAS NOT LEAKING ANYWHERE. Marco assured me that I would only pay my deductible and I would receive a brand-new, high quality roof. Even before the job was complete I had some concerns about the shingles and flashing around my chimney, but Marco assured me not to worry. He said he would make sure the job was done properly, and if there were any issues, I HAD A 10 YEAR WARRANTY! They replaced the roof and the gutters and I thought I was all set for the future. In February, 2020 the roof developed a leak. (Marco claims from ice backing up under the shingles) After contacting Marco he sent someone out to repair and fix the leak. I still had to pay for fixing the drywall inside where the leak occurred. Problem solved... WRONG! In December, 2020 the roof started leaking IN THE EXACT SAME PLACE AGAIN. In 40 years I had never had a roof leak until Lobo replaced it! I called again and left word for Marco. Now Marco is incognito and won't return calls. I was then told by Jeremy, the office manager in Idaho Falls, that they didn't have a crew in Idaho any longer and they were NOT LIABLE FOR THE REPAIR! They claim that they can't be held responsible for damage caused by natural occurrences like ice. ISN'T THAT WHY YOU HAVE A ROOF TO BEGIN WITH?!!
