Some days I got transfer to noone and eventually got thru and was transferred again to the lady at the front desk. She then transferred me to someone and we begin working on the final draft. I told them I changed my mind and wanted to pick up my business cards. Well about 8 days later I walked in the shop only to be told my cards had been mailed to Florida. Well I had the business cards sent back to me. Great images but I'm sorry they really failed on customer service. I always critique business because in good time you will survive with poor customer service. But most people don't spend good money on poor customer service in bad times so yeah that's why many businesses fail. Poor customer service and poor customer loyalty. The customers pay your the series of workers not necessarily the boss. The distribute a check to you but that money came from a paying customer.

This time I worked with Ken and he was very customer service oriented as well. What I like about this printer is that they have the ability to give you estimates of how much you are , expecting to pay, they give you options when it comes to print style and design, and they are very upfront and honest with you about outcomes of your project. You can do all of this on email with them before you even have to visit the store. When you visit the store, you've already sent your print job to them on email. You just might need to drop by to drop off materials like specialty invitations, which was our project this time. I appreciate that Ken verified and sent proofs of our printing job on email for us to have a look at before we approved the final project version. When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been clearly communicated before printing the label. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.
