I would not recommend going to this Ryder to purchase a used truck. I travelled there ready to…read morepurchase and buy. I put a down payment on two trucks and ended up waiting on one truck to have a battery replacement. Which ended up taking almost 2 weeks. Time is money and they did not respect my time at all. Communication was poor and I basically had to chase down my salesman. He did not return my phone calls on multiple occasions. I'm so glad I took my business elsewhere.

The finance lady flat out told me that any one that buys a truck from them should expect to spend money on repairs. They represent their trucks as DOT certified but they are not and don't meet DOT specs. Their trucks are sold " As-is" with no warranty - so when you break down driving off the lot you a re on your own. BUYER BEWARE
