The crew that they have on staff at this time seems in adequate and on educated about the procedures required to perform an oil change in the 15 minutes that Valvoline states it should take. I would not recommend coming here unless you have half a day to get an oil change. The staff, as I said, seems completely inadequate for the services that you're looking for. My experience has been that the staff even asked me what kind of oil my vehicle took, that the dipstick was difficult to return back into the dipstick tube, and if I knew the type of oil filter required for my vehicle.
